My honest concern is that, as with the whole race is a societal construct bit, they don't actually intend to do this. Their actual intent is much more likely to be just replacing the old cops with narrative approved ones and this whole "community" title is just a ruse to slip their own in, as they've done in Minnesota for years now. Since they believe that blacks are targeted now, it wouldn't shock me to see whites targeted for crimes instead so they can cite their cities statistics as proof of white crime.

They'll do what they do in remote Aboriginal camps in Australia. Alcoholism, gas huffing, domestic violence and pedophilia are rampant. The one or two 'community officers' will drive in once or twice a week to pick up the bodies. There was a case where a five year old girl was literally raped to death and the reaction was 'well it's their culture, what you gonna do'?
