On the occasion I talk to clients about current events (mostly because they see our boarded up windows and ask if we're okay) they're all appalled by what happened to Floyd, but they're equally appalled and disgusted by the riots and BLM. A few of them were even black.

I work with a number of older black people and none of them think this shit makes any sense. They want peace and security just like we do. I have to believe the majority of people just shake their heads and try to live their lives separate from the bs on twitter and reddit.

The pushers for this are the young and disenfranchised. They want a cause and an enemy to fight because they have such poor prospects thanks to our ruined education and job markets. They make good tools for politicians and corporations to exploit and pander to. Social media is brain rot.

The only conclusion I can some to is that "white supremacy" is not "white supremacism", but rather the simple state of white people being supreme in terms of institutional power. So because Congress and corporate boards are mostly white, that makes America a white supremacy just by historical inertia and happenstance. So they're proposing a racial redistribution of power such that whitey loses the #1 spot, and our evil reign over this world is thus ended (because in woke history the past 400 years is basically "What if Sauron won, and hired a good PR team?"). Since they're also globalists who rightly observe America as the world hegemon, they probably think the racial power ratios should reflect the population ratios of the whole world.

I don't think so. What you're seeing now has been mainstream at colleges for some time. An 18 year old with these beliefs is pretty harmless, and editor at the NYTs who decides what gets covered and how it will be covered less so.

If they retain power of those institutions for an other 5 years everyone will have the perception that it has always been that way and the change will be permanent.

You make a good point, I think both of these things will be pretty damn bad though. Low end neighborhoods already tend to have malnutrition issues, this is going to magnify them.

Honestly, thinking about it, both of these will play off eachother. Bad nutrition made worse will exacerbate medical issues, and medical issues will drain the body faster of its lack of energy.

It’s a boogeyman to excuse inferiority. I don’t mean that blacks are inherently inferior, but it’s a way for people to blame their failures on an invisible and ever present threat. Doesn’t matter that every corporation under the sun has come out in defense of BLM. Doesn’t matter we fought a war to free the slaves. Doesn’t matter how many movie stars and millionaires the black community has. Doesn’t matter the crime rate, interracial murder ratio, or how many special minority programs there are.
