You'd think it would have happened sooner if that were the explanation, Microaggressions were invented in the 70s, and white privilege in the 80s. Yet despite being one of the earlier concepts, saying "microaggressions" makes you look ridiculous outside of extreme SJW areas. What we're seeing now are the festivals of atonement and new sacred games, as people like Floyd are the new saints and gods of this age. People struggle now, in this information age of consumerism and apathy to fight nihilism. I believe that they have no deeper meaning to their lives and so they invent things to fight against, or causes to champion because none existed. And the elites, and those in power and anyone who would be an actual worthy target laughs and helps them and points them towards their boogeymen so that they have an ever present scapegoat while they get to do as they please.

In my opinion a few others have answered it: white people doing well, or worse, better than anyone. The idea of "diversity" plays into the idea of "white supremacy". To reverse engineer 'white supremacy' I think it needs to be noted that diversity has been bastardized as a meaning. It now means there has to be an equal amount of everything - except when it doesn't. If there are 10 board members and there are two whites, blacks, east Asians, hispanics and Arabs that make up the 10 then it's diverse. If it's six whites and one each of the other groups then it's a problem. If it's ten of any other group other than white then it's okay and diverse.

Google's five Indian guys who run the tech parts of youtube probably don't feel like manually reviewing shit, and it's harder to train an algorithm to effectively hunt videos than it is certain words of phrases on twitter. The other thing is that despite Youtube's owners being what they are, it's still a platform used and viewed by everyone regardless of race, creed, background or of school of thought. Facebook is Zucc's demi plane where he controls the up and down, and sensible people don't interface with twitter so most of their userbase are as they should be.

There was some discussion earlier in the thread about how rampant planned parenthood and abortions have fucked with women's maternal instincts and now they channel maternal instinct towards the 'misunderstood'. Also how women's traditional role in older human society were always as caregivers and homemakers has them more predisposed to caring in misguided ways now. Something else about how when a people were conquered men were killed until they couldn't fight and women usually went submissive. It's a lot of people playing off their naivety and misplaced instincts.
