A dog that has been on the streets and survived hazards is going to be in worse state than some pampered pooch in a high rise. The difference is you can take that shelter mutt, and with a bit of care, he can end up living until 17-18, while your purebred dog dies at age 9 because purebred=sure it's dead. What's your solution to avoid inbred diseases and shallow gene pools in your ethnostate? I'll awnser for you: There is no solution, and every group that isolates themselves misses out on genetic evolution and gets fucked by someone who has become superior genetically, socially, and technologically.
