When two parents are both carriers of one disease, they are much more likely to pass on two bad chromosomes to their offspring. The more genetically similar the parents, the higher the chances of the kid getting two copies of the parents' shitty chromosomes. If the parents are very genetically different, then the kid will have more immunity to diseases that both of the parents' ethnic groups tend to suffer from. The child will definitely not get two copies of a bad chromosome if only one parent is a carrier of it.

you seem to not understand what you are saying.
1. there is a finite number of genes that can be placed on your chromosomes.
2. specialization wants 2 copies of each gene for maximum effect.
3. so different variations of the same gene will eventually get discarded.

In fact this is what happens when you race mix. You lose 50% of the pure breeds DNA. So the overall total gene pool drops when you race mix.
1 pure race = 100% pure dna
1 pure race = 100% pure dna
1 mutt = 50% + 50%
So 2 separate pure race communities = 200% diversity while mutt = 100% diversity.
Race mixing decreases genetic diversity.
