Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

I went on Facebook to view the debate about BLM between Ron and his father. I couldn't see it, but his son posted about it on his Facebook page. Whatever Ron's dad said that got him blocked, it probably wasn't as bad as his son talking about shooting and killing niggers on his YouTube channel.

Oh my God, their whole family is fucked up. They all sound completely retarded.

Also, now that you've posted this, I bet Ron'll take note and Ron Jr. will get the longest remote beating ever.

What a self righteous abusive shit ape. It's typical this cunt can't cope with any disagreement. And he wonders why he's out a quarter million dollars for his apelike behavior. Of course nothing that happens to him is his own fault. It is the entire rest of the world that is wrong.

Ron's reaction when it was brought up that all of the complaints that led to Vic's termination at FUNimation came from Monica. :story:

Uh...lol. I can think of 10 reasons off the top of my head why this tweet is a steaming, hot pile of shit and that you in fact DID wish him harm. Let's begin:

1. Instead of speaking to him privately about all your..."concerns" about his behavior, you decided to make everything a public spectacle to hurt his image and reputation so that you could cancel him and keep him from getting any more voice acting work.

2. You let your sociopathic terminator of a forever fiance threaten him in public and made no effort to stop him to keep things civil.

3. You pretended to be his friend for almost 20 years. You had almost 20 years to work this out with him but chose to ride on the coattails of someone else's bullshittery (which was actually not even talking about Vic btw) to throw in your whole public metoo fuckery. Oh man, they are shooting Vic down, let me join them! Where's my AK-47?

4. You smack talked him behind his back like some catty mean girl bitch. You didn't even have the pussy to tell him in his face that you didn't like him. Shemmel is a piece of shit, but he's got a hell of a lot more integrity and courage than you do, lady.

5. You complained about how much power he had and that's why you never came forward, yet it took only a few days for you to successfully cancel him. Shit, you shoulda been a cunt a lot sooner, than you wouldn't have had to waste all that time pretending to be his friend!

6. Your creepy fiance can joke about being naked infront of people, females included, and it's okay, but a joke about Vic eating you in jellybean form is just too much, your poor fragile feelings cannot handle it. Learn context you stupid bitch, he was saying he was eating you as in your entire being, not your fat, saggy minge.

7. You lied again by saying you would accept him back with open arms if only he apologized and cowtowed to your demands. NOPE.

8. After you asked for apology, you got it. What did you do about it, you went and waved it around like a flag at the HR department and complained about how he does not leave you alone. After you asked for an apology. You ASKED. But I guess you already have a track record for asking for things and then pretending like you never asked for them. You know...asking for apologies...asking for alone time with Vic...agreeing to marrying Ron Toye.

9. I seem to recall you working very hard to get Vic canceled from a certain convention that you were also attending. What was it that you threatened the con owner with? "If Vic goes then me and all my friends are out." Hmm...that sounds suspiciously like TI. You know, that thing that's illegal in Texas because you are actively trying to sabotage someone's work and keep him from making an income? Yeah, that. If you know his best interests and never set out to hurt him, why won't you let him make money? The green stuff that helps him live? Why, because you were scared? Pfft...please.

10. You are going out of your way to hurt him in this lawsuit and drag it out for as long as possible because no price is too high to pay as long as you're not proven by a court of law that you are a in fact a lying, toxic, cumstain of a woman who just wanted to weaponize the metoo movement against someone she didn't like, to remove him from his career because she was probably jealous that he was more popular than she was. Talk about a real petty reason to waste your money! People are starving in Africa and you waste your "hard earned" american bucks sustaining a bunch of lies. GG.

I trimmed to the marks where he says it, I can't wait to see Ron try to damage control this shit.

So I've been thinking about this insurance thing Ron's been talking about and I have to wonder if he's even telling the truth about that. I took a cursory glance at a couple of umbrella policies that cover defamation and of the 3 I saw, 2 specifically exclude intentional defamation and 1 didn't list it specifically but it might still be excluded nonetheless.

That leaves 3 options:
1) the umbrella policy is with a company that does cover cases of intentional defamation
2) his policy doesn't cover it, but he's got the insurance provider convinced it's unintentional defamation
3) he's lying

Of course this is just speculation on my part, but we've seen how pathetic Ron can be when it comes to trying to one-up anyone critical of him and racking up a $280k bill at just the TCPA stage when that is a stage intended to minimize costs could be a bit of a sore point for him. I wouldn't put it past Ron to just lie about that in an attempt to deny how much he and Monica have flushed down the drain.

It could just be option 1, or maybe even 2, but I dunno, he hasn't shown himself to be clever enough to manage either of those.

Any time it's Ron Toye and one of the possible answers is "he's lying," he's lying. There is no insurance company in the land stupid enough to cover intentional defamation and then just sit there while some lawyer hand-picked by their swindling client runs up enormous bills for no reason. Also almost any insurance company would have made at least an insulting settlement offer to the other side by now.

Also there are multiple kinds of insurance and multiple kinds of coverage. For instance, some companies will spend to represent you and actually provide counsel. In those cases, you aren't going to get to pick your own lawyer who can then swindle the company by running up enormous bills that he can't collect on. They're also going to micromanage the representation because they're the ones liable if they lose.

Another possibility is indemnification but that's going to be after the fact. They're not just going to write you a gigantic blank check up front and say "hey do whatever you want we'll pay every dime." They're going to look at it after the debts are incurred and cover whatever they feel is covered. Remember Chupp comes from a personal injury/insurance liability background and he was not at all impressed by Lemoine's wheezing trying to justify his huge scam.

This is just not how this shit works. Ron is lying. Again.

If he isn't I want the number of this incompetent insurance company. I want to get insurance to just go driving around running over random people. That would be awesome.

That aside, ron just post the evidence instead of waiting. If you have evidence of him saying that why he canceled vic and evidence against. It doesnt matter how you place it. You should have said it day 1 of the lawsuit. It saves everyone time and emotion energy. You also have more people believe you guys.
Please be patient, Ron has autism is still fabricating that. Why do you think he's been sliding into Racket's DM's and doing his little 100 viewer media junkets? He's trying to flush out something, anything, that he can hammer into that "vic is a pedo/molester/assaulter" shaped hole.
"If you give someone multiple chances to make things right and they still don't learn, then you can't keep giving them chances forever. It'll drive you insane. At some point, you have to say enough is enough and move on."
@Ron Toye She's speaking from experience, isn't she?

I believe that was the original lie: that his insurance put Lemongasp as his council.

Now that I know he's some sort of internet lolyer for snowflakes on twitter, I'm pressing X to doubt harder than ever.

I can see an insurance company keeping a TCPA specialist (or ten) on their list of preferred counsel. But they're not going to run up enormous bills just to embarrass the other side. They're going to file the TCPA right out of the gate, win, and proceed immediately to collections or otherwise converting the judgment into something they can put on their taxes if they can't collect it immediately.

They're not going to shell out enormous amounts of money up front in the hopes that maybe years from now they break even because they can convince the dumbest judge in the world they should get every penny. Even Chupp told them to take a hike.

If Ron somehow scammed an insurance company into bankrolling this he should be more concerned about insurance fraud charges in his future than anything Vic can do.

And let's not forget that juicy little tidbit from Lemonfuhrer's billing: "Client: Funimation."

If anything, Moronica knows Gay Sean Lemoine through Funimation. Which tracks. Because it's run by mincing little twitter faggots who'd know who the fuck he even is. Not through his fictional defamation insurance.

In keeping with my usual tinfoil asshat conspiracies: I'm watching the @Nontransferable cut of the interview, and there's a part where Ron does one of his extremely telegraphed afterthoughts/overshares/overjustifications. Roughly: "I care about the fans. Well I don't care about the fans, but Monica does. So I do too. I don't work for Funimation. I have nothing to do with Funimation. I've never met Funimation. I do loans. I'm a loan guy."

I say all of that so that I can say this: If Ron ever worked out loans with/for Funimation, how would we find that out? Asking for a friend, of course...

The case is captioned "Mignogna v. Funimation." They could have just put the name of the case on the client file.
Could well be. I'd be more inclined to believe it was nothing shady if they hadn't redacted the description from those hours and decline to count them for billing. I should go back and look how many hours that was supposed to be, if it wasn't also redacted.

Question has Ron ever claimed to be with Funimation or did he give people the impression he did ?
Back when the Slatosch part came out (Before I knew of the Farm) I had heard parts of this and got the impression Ron was acting like a big shot threatening to pull Funi support from the con if Vic wasn't gone.
