There is no such thing as "indigenous Christianity". That is called syncretism where people mix their old traditions into the new religion to preserve them in some way. Xtianity and Islam are monotheist religions and antithetical to polytheism and animism which are beliefs that characterize "Pagan" religions. They are sometimes called EBRs or earth based religions and despite modern Muslims and Christians being involved in a bit of environmentalism, they are not EBRs because they do not revere the earth and think it is an inherently "tainted", sinful and fallen place.
Monotheists have always been intolerant of other beliefs and their own sacred texts tell them to destroy them. They destroyed the Sacred Idols of the Kaaba. The temples of Rome. The nemetons... Monotheistic religions rely on saving more souls/getting more converts and destroyed many sacred places like the subhuman Daesh rats do today to priceless ancient relics in Syria.
You can say Islam is native to the Arabian peninsula and Christianity to what is today the MENA region and Southern Europe I guess as they originated there but they aren't a religion connected a people and Place. They aren't
ethnoreligions who see themselves as part of the land and the land as sacred. They believe every single God except their's is false. (Land really in this type of religion (EBRs) should be capitalized due to how important and sacred it is.)
Do these people legitimately think history started 500 yrs ago and that was the creation of colonialism? How is Rome conquering so many places by force, destroying the culture and setting up cities and settlements to inhabit not colonialism? How is massacring every native who opposed them not like what white people did to indigenous peoples in the Americas?
Do they not matter because they had pale skin and Gaul and Germania are in what is today known as Europe?
How can you retroactively label someone as "white" when the concept did not yet exist??
Colonialism and imperialism has existed a lot longer than they think. I presume they only care about the last 500 yrs because of blacks being shipped and enslaved and all the racial superiority ideas and propaganda that was promoted as justification for imperialism. It's so stupid and modernist.
