Humanity has always been divided. If we're not tearing each other over race, we're tearing each other apart over ethnicity, religion or political affiliation.
 
My old work had a chat group phone app that I was still a part of because I had entertained notions of going back once things started to reopen. And then the big boss wrote a long essay in support of BLM. This done after all the bedlam downtown where their own windows were blasted open by rioters. Some of the younger employees began to clap and talk about how they were involved in the movement and to message them directly if people wanted to get more involved. All young white kids too should be noted.

I basically chimed in and very politely told them they were all idiots. Absolute silence. I think it was the first time any of those kids were told directly by someone they knew they were morons. Nothing has been said since, and even the boss hasn't kicked me from the group. Which says to me they were not sincere at all with their pontificating statement of repentance.

Tbh, it was the first time I ever clapped back full on power level and signed it with my full name. But having dealt with the stress today of wondering if I did the right thing, I am happy with myself. I probably cant go back to my old job, but fuck em.

Well, you know how bad it's going to be. Might want to start praying that whatever god that may be watching over the PD's janitors have mercy on their souls.

Either that or just hope they trash the place hard enough that it's cheaper just to tear down the walls and start over.

A lot of people are wondering why Trump isn't doing anything. Probably because he knows you won't believe him. He just has to sit back and watch it all unfold until you, the person on the ground, understand how bad things actually are. The media certainly isn't on his side, they won't tell you how bad it is.
