Originally it was reserved for horrorcows that oh I don't know spend their life fantasizing about throwing acid on pretty girls faces. But now like every other word that the left takes up, it's been bastardized to the point of uselessness where it just means any male I don't like and can't insult some other way. It's not unheard of for women to call guys that reject them an incel without a hint or irony or self awareness. Go figure.
