Question has Ron ever claimed to be with Funimation or did he give people the impression he did ?
Back when the Slatosch part came out (Before I knew of the Farm) I had heard parts of this and got the impression Ron was acting like a big shot threatening to pull Funi support from the con if Vic wasn't gone.

He sure made it sound like it. But the funds he threatend to pull were not Funi's but for the compagny he was working at the time. He did make it sound like he and Monica wielded power (over other VA;s appearance at cons) at funi and never corrected people when they cleary thought he did

No, it was KamehaCon (hence the text messages with Chris Slatosch, the owner of KamehaCon).
I think an early message Ron sent said something about a booth, but the big deal was a $25,000 SPONSORSHIP from the Tuttle Group to KamehaCon. The sponsorship was what @Ron Toye used as leverage over Chris Slatosch and pulled the sponsorship (if Andy Tuttle even gave Ron permission to negotiate with company money in the first place) when Vic was invited back. That, and Ron said criminal charges were going to be pressed on Vic (which never came).

How much has she bragged about her filmography in private that he was disillusioned into thinking she's more popular than she actually is? He could only name like four anime he "likes" just because she's in them, but I bet he can't even name 25 titles off the top of his head of the, what, 500 character roles she's dubbed? Noticed a few things. Yes, the billing says "funimation" throughout. Which is weird. You'd think that's something you'd correct months later when you finally figure out who your client is. But yeah: easily an earnest clerical error.

But did anybody notice they retained him in April, but the billing only starts in june? I just thought that was weird. EDIT: Nevermind, it's probably because it only covers TCPA expenses.

Also, why was Moronica billing Vic for sending/receiving stuff from Crunchy Roll (or "CrunchRoll")? That's a little earlier in the document, and I don't want to wake the law-thread from its peaceful slumber.

So I've been thinking about this insurance thing Ron's been talking about and I have to wonder if he's even telling the truth about that. I took a cursory glance at a couple of umbrella policies that cover defamation and of the 3 I saw, 2 specifically exclude intentional defamation and 1 didn't list it specifically but it might still be excluded nonetheless.

That leaves 3 options:
1) the umbrella policy is with a company that does cover cases of intentional defamation
2) his policy doesn't cover it, but he's got the insurance provider convinced it's unintentional defamation
3) he's lying

I think he's lying about it. A typical leftie-on-social-media type lie; one that goes along with the narrative allies want to hear and which seems plausible enough that most of them won't bother to research if it's really true or possible. I don't really get the motive, though. I guess it could be just some sort of "don't let them see how much they're really hurting you" thing.

Homeowner's policy coverage often includes options like an umbrella policy that covers miscellaneous other torts. Usually these are intended for negligence torts, not willful torts, and while they can have very high limits, they're not just blank checks. They're actually going to look very closely at a defamation claim before just coughing up a quarter million. They are also going to tell you to shut the absolute fuck up while the case is pending.

And if you went on a voluminous, incredibly aggressive smear campaign right after getting such a policy you could be looking at fraud issues too.

I believe either Ron doesn't have such a policy or he is massively exaggerating the level of his coverage. That said, Wick Phillips has at least one lawyer with insurance coverage litigation as a specialty. I would imagine they would have to do some actual litigation to get all or part of their nonsensical and borderline fraudulent billing covered.
