One of the worst trans widow stories ever posted to leddit involved the long-suffering wife and mother of three young children whose husband had recently decided to troon out. He could no longer help around the house or do basic chores like mowing the lawn because they would "trigger his dysphoria", but he was perfectly happy to demand that his wife let him impregnate her again so he could be "mommy" to a newborn for the first time.

People with Turner's syndrome (XXX females) causes so few noticable symtoms a lot of women never learn they have it. It often results in lower IQ and learning disability, but not much on the physical side of things that would distinguish them from XX females.
The closest you could get to a real form of medical intersex transexualism is guevedoces, caused by 5α-Reductase deficiency. It's when children assigned female at birth, often with female-appearing or ambiguous gentitalia, grow a penis and have their testicles descend around puberty. They lack a uterus and can make sperm, so biologically, they are purely male. It's a case of genitalia that should have formed in the womb developing later in life, rather than a real change of biological sex. It's porbably the one of the few cases where biological men could say they want to live as women and have a compelling reason to do so, as they were raised as female their whole childhoods, but most of them end up deciding they want to be men as adults anyways.

Neither are intersex though, they're both fully female with varying degrees of symptoms (Turner's usually results in difficulty conceiving or outright infertility), it depends on whether it's mosaic or not (i.e. if some cells are normal XX because the fuckup happened during fetal development) or if the missing or extra X is partially present/missing. In rare cases Turner's can have a partial Y chromosome present without the sex-determining portion, so they are still female, but have a higher chance of gonad cancer. I guess you could call that intersex but it's a stretch.

Mosaicism cases where some cells are definite XY and some cells are just X are, to put it scientifically, really fucked up. Mostly they develop as males with abnormal genitalia but a very few are female with clitoromegaly, lots of gonad cancers and all kinds of developmental problems, no idea about their fertility but I'm guessing it's poor, and definitely an intersex condition. It's a rare condition so I'm not totally sure, but I've never heard of any literature suggesting they often feel the need to troon out.

That all said, unless you live in a shithole country, if a baby is born with ambiguous genitalia they don't just guess anymore, they do some genetic tests and fucking check. Being intersex is its own struggle and I can't imagine actual intersex people are fucking thrilled with having retarded troons spreading false information and claiming to have intersex conditions while having no clue what they are talking about.
