3. Balancing act. You cannot just cut yourself off from the rest of the world. You'll fall behind other firms. So while I don't like outsourcing, I do think it's justified in some situations. I think free movement of people is much much more unpleasant than free movement of capital or ideas. Becoming a minority in your own nation and seeing your neighborhood disappear and culture change is much worse than losing a job.
So lets say I am a citizen of white ethnostate America, if my employer tells me to transfer to another country that isn't a white ethnostate what is my course of action to ensure I can still live in the culture and neighborhood that I desire without having to lose my employment? Is this even something you've considered?
Assuming you can't do anything to ensure my employment stays the same, do you think making a white only country that is perfectly okay with being openly racist make it harder for me to adjust to being transferred to another country or hinder my ability to maintain employment in situations where I must interact with a more diverse group?
Do you think companies will even want to do business with a white ethnostate in the long run assuming the rest of the world stays the same? I mean you want to deport a fairly significant part of the nation, do you think their will be any adverse effects to the overall economy?
