A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

These are really normal things to worry about as a member of society and as a person running for office. Is this actually a troon or have we been bamboozled?
So, I'm gonna PL hardcore here, but
As a trans dude, I'm frankly glad to see another tranny at least say off the bat "I'm not making x about my identity," so maybe there's hope not every troon in the public spotlight is a total nutcase,

A Japanese region has made it illegal to out someone as LGBT+

Rosemary Ketchum has just won a seat on Wheeling City Council, becoming the first out trans person to win an election in West Virginia.
She becomes one of only 26 out trans elected officials serving anywhere in the US. Meanwhile, she is only the fourth LGBT+ elected official in West Virginia.
Ketchum has promised to use her term in office to advocate for affordable housing, tackle homelessness, combat addiction, and try to improve public transport.
However, she will also be a symbol for LGBT+ rights in West Virginia. It remains a relatively conservative state which doesn’t have anti-discrimination protections covering sexual orientation and gender identity.
Ketchum noted this double role in an interview with local newspaper The Intelligencer last year.
She said: ‘I feel excited to represent inclusivity — but I’m not making my campaign about my gender identity.
‘We have too many systemic problems we have to address, including homelessness, including addiction, including disenfranchisement.
‘People don’t feel like they are part of their community, and one of the things we have to focus on is why people are not feeling like part of the change.
‘There are folks who were born in the city and can no longer afford to live here. There are folks living on our streets and under our bridges who don’t have access to public restroom facilities.
‘We have folks looking for work but don’t have a car and our public transportation system doesn’t run past 6pm.’
Rosemary will inspire other trans candidates
The LGBTQ Victory Fund backed Ketchum’s campaign and president Annise Parker sent her congratulations.
She said: ‘Rosemary has shattered a lavender ceiling in West Virginia and will join the growing number of out trans elected officials serving nationwide.
‘Trans people are severely underrepresented in elected office – with just 26 out trans officials anywhere in the country. So Rosemary’s victory will resonate well beyond her state.
‘We know Rosemary’s race will inspire other trans people from conservative states to consider a run for office in their communities – and then those candidates will inspire others as well.
‘That virtuous cycle is the key to building trans acceptance and political power long-term.’
Ketchum beat three other candidates to represent Ward 3 on Wheeling City Council.

Broke: methnostate

Wasn't it always obvious that trans is an easy way for the hated "white cis man" to jump directly to the top of the diversity stack?

JK Rowling has published an open letter on her website, in which she makes a lengthy defence of her comments about transgender people.

The Harry Potter author received a widespread backlash after taking issue with a headline about “people who menstruate” and tweets that were accused of transphobia.

Among those to criticise Rowling include former Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts stars Daniel Radcliffe and Eddie Redmayne.

In the letter, Rowling addresses the backlash she has received and accusations of being a “TERF” (trans-exclusionary radical feminist) before breaking down her stance on transgender issues into five different points.

She makes a number of references to research she claims to have made into the subject and cites a number of psychiatrists and physicians to support her arguments. Rowling also states that we are living “through the most misogynistic period I’ve experienced”.

“Back in the Eighties, I imagined that my future daughters, should I have any, would have it far better than I ever did, but between the backlash against feminism and a porn-saturated online culture, I believe things have got significantly worse for girls,” she says.

“Never have I seen women denigrated and dehumanised to the extent they are now. From the leader of the free world’s long history of sexual assault accusations and his proud boast of ‘grabbing them by the pussy’, to the incel (‘involuntarily celibate’) movement that rages against women who won’t give them sex, to the trans activists who declare that TERFs need punching and re-educating, men across the political spectrum seem to agree: women are asking for trouble. Everywhere, women are being told to shut up and sit down, or else.”

“I haven’t written this essay in the hope that anybody will get out a violin for me, not even a teeny-weeny one,” Rowling says later in the letter. ”I’m extraordinarily fortunate; I’m a survivor, certainly not a victim. I’ve only mentioned my past because, like every other human being on this planet, I have a complex backstory, which shapes my fears, my interests and my opinions. I never forget that inner complexity when I’m creating a fictional character and I certainly never forget it when it comes to trans people.

“All I’m asking – all I want – is for similar empathy, similar understanding, to be extended to the many millions of women whose sole crime is wanting their concerns to be heard without receiving threats and abuse.”

Evanna Lynch, who played Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films, said this week that she was “saddened” by Rowling’s views on transgender people.

“I disagree with her opinion that cis-women are the most vulnerable minority in this situation and I think she’s on the wrong side of this debate. But that doesn’t mean she has completely lost her humanity,” Lynch said in a post on Twitter.

She added: ‘I’m so sorry to any trans people who feel that’s been taken away or that this community is no longer that safe place. But the Harry Potter world/fandom/community is literally made up of millions of people now and I for one will work to make it feel inclusive because trans women are women.”

You can't have it both ways, trans activists. Either trans people are so unstable that you have to let them transition as kids or they'll kill themselves, or they're well-adjusted adults who are no threat to women even in vulnerable spaces. You've spent a decade trying to scare everyone into believing these teens are violent and unbalanced and you expect us to believe you when you try and say "no, but only to themselves though"?

She's really honestly saying the things that the more reasonable more rational TERFs have been saying. The ones that are trying to protect women, and try to preserve their rights, except for that loud minority that fucks it up for everyone. (read: every marganlized group nowadays) I'm honestly okay with her views and I really wish people would stop taking what she says out of context for their own agenda but that of course as we all know will never happen.

Harry Potter is gay but she aint wrong.

GET IN ME FUCKIN' COCK 'ARRY! C'MON IT'S LIKE SEXY CANNIBALISM!

I have a theory.

Men transition into women so they can claim an additional social status.

I hear complaints about the "patriarchy" but men are infiltrating female spaces with this trend. With more privileges than naturally born men OR women.

Wouldn't THAT be privilege or sexism?

Or am I overthinking this?

No. There's no "additional" social status about it. There's a reason there's a lot of violence against trans women, it's because men don't tolerate this kind of behavior even if they give it lip service on Twitter.

We see TERFs because women have no option except to speak out against it. We don't see the male response because the male response is to beat the guy to a pulp or put a bullet through his head.

Men troon out because they crave attention and approval, they basically develop GOTIS. This has become much more common in the age of the internet. Men observe the behavior of simps and think "wow, that's so much more positivity than I get now! Just because she's a woman? I could do that too!"

It's not exactly about "additional social status". It's more about feeling pretty and getting positive attention. Trooning out is also (wrongly) perceived of as an easy way for guys to get laid, because they believe the stereotype that men will fuck anything that moves. That's why troons have been so angry and vocal about the "transphobia" of dating sites and men refusing to fuck them, much moreso than blacks complaining about white men not fucking their women. It's not because there's genuine discrimination (that would apply in both cases) it's because troons want it and blacks don't.

(I mentioned this in the other thread, but screw it, I'll mention it here it here too.)

Though I'm no psychologist, I think J.K Rowling has been having one hell of a mid-life crisis the past 5 or so years and recent events are finally getting her to snap out of it.

I mean, it does makes sense; she's been trying to hold on to old glories (her HP book), desperately trying to be "woke" to pander/ seem hip to younger generations, ad just saying stuff that she clearly didn't think through. Though she's sort of at the tail-end of the age range to have a mid-life crisis, I can see the success of her book and it's gradually fad into a "previous generations book" pushing such a thing back a bit. Again, this is all speculation, I'm not a psychologist, I don't know for sure.

I really do hope recent events are getting her to snap out of it. I mean, say what you will about Harry Potter, it was a book she wanted to write (no corperate BS, just passion) and that helped define a generation (for better or worse) and made her an insane amount of money. I doubt I'll agree with everything she says, but if she's decided to stop pandering to these Twitter nuts and speak her own mind regardless of backlash, then I can at least respect that.

Women NOW are facing more oppression because of a marginalized small population.

By MEN (who "transitioned"). This has to be a sick joke.

I think she’s followed a path that many people of a similar age have. They know they’re decent people, they’ve probably marched for equal rights and they remember the days when there really was a lot of discrimination against women. And there was - it’s only a few years back that marital rape was legal in the UK, and within the lifetimes of many of us when women were expected to quit their jobs when they married.
So this age group has seen genuine progress and a point (80s onwards) where things were pretty good in terms of women’s rights, racism lowering, and general all round niceness . They have a default ‘I’m nice and if everyone else is nice then the world will be better’ viewpoint.
Enter SJW insanity. They go along with it at first because well, they’re nice. Then they realise that an awful lot of SJW culture is a howling maelstrom of insanity. They say a thing wrong, and they get eviscerated by the mob. If they see someone they know cancelled. They start to understand . They realise their kids are in the age groups that are targeted and they see the grooming in schools.
From there you do one of three things:

1. kowtow and grovel and toe the line.
2. Stay silent because you have a job you need to pay the mortgage.
3. Get mad and say fuck you. This option isn’t one most can do, but JK has Rather A Lot of Money, and she’s not worried about paying the mortgage.

A LOT of Uk women have been massively red pilled by the trans issue alone. They know they can’t say anything publicly but believe me, they are pissed off.
