At least the Koreans were exercising their Second Amendment rights by protecting their storefronts and property when the police couldn't ... or rather WOULDN'T. This is pure lawless warfare. Hispanic gang members versus Blacks. No questions asked.

A nation without law and order, anarchy and the criminals run things. Chicago has been a lawless hellhole for decades. Now without the police, it's literally open season. "GTA shit" as somebody said, that's the most accurate statement I heard from that whole video.

I said it once, I'll say it again. TERMINATE AND PROSECUTE THE WHOLE CHICAGO GOVERNMENT. They are doing absolutely nothing while they watch minorities kill each others.

The new line is that "Defund the police" ackshually means downsizing them and replacing the majority of their roles with something akin to a social worker crossed with Doctor Who. Why they picked a slogan so stupid that it sounds batshit insane until they explain it (at which point it's merely extremely naive) is anyone's guess, and it's probably because they seek to deepen the political divide by failing to convince anyone who isn't some turbocucked deep blue city, and then at election time demonize Republicans as champions of police brutality who get sadistic pleasure at seeing black men be beaten by cops.

Our favorite group of LARPers in the CHAZ made their first "demand" to just get rid of the police entirely, defund them, shit on their pensions and then replace them with, I dunno. A therapist and a guy handing out "sorry you got shot" stickers.

I have a work contact who said the same, right now my email is swamped with scores of "WTF you dumb fuckin' bigot defund the cops doesn't mean abolish the cops it just means move the money ud spend on them on other places like social services LITERALLY NO ONE IS SAYING WE NEED TO GET RID OF ALL COPS DUH"

They wanna pay the cops less, which like always will likely damage the number of active police per square mile, while keeping intact the bloated Union, HR, managers' bullshit that doesn't help stop crime, while juicing the numbers to make it look like crime has fallen because there're more swimming classes and monthly hikes for the junior high kids......by actively ignoring crime when it doesn't meet the narrative they need to show city hall. Sorry whites and latinos! Looks like you guys will be the only groups to get arrested pretty soon.
