At this point I’m not going to accept any kind of evidence from Phil that it is not him. He knows about this for months, he knew as soon as people were cheering him talking about typhoons and shit. Really if he had put together the evidence immediately I would be more likely to believe him but at this point it’s far too long for him not to come up with some elaborate bullshit explanation.

I'm not sure that is the consensus.

I think it reasonable for everyone to proceed on the footing that DSP is the WWE champions player, because the evidence to support that conclusion is overwhelming. The only thing working against it is the denials of a known liar who has every incentive to lie because coming clean would out him as someone who indulged mobile game whaling at the time he was begging people with less wealth than himself by saying he needed money for groceries.

If anyone's not convinced by this point I don't think anything short of an admission from Phil would get them over the line. It's him.

I think it's really funny that Phil doesn't even have 1 single friend that he could ask to hop on his Discord account for 30 seconds to say, 'I'm not Phil Burnell. I'm a different guy. Please leave me alone.' Not that it would matter now since his Twitch-mod Discord leak where he is using the same fucking account as TotallyNotPhil in the various WWE Champions faction Discords, but in the beginning that would have sown some doubt.

I love how worked up Phil is getting that people are bothering him in his game. This is absolutely getting to him, his voice is cracking as he rants about it. This is not a rational response whatsoever to people occasionally mentioning something you supposedly have no idea and don't give a fuck about. If it's just a silly meme that's untrue why are you so exasperated that you're almost crying Phil? His face when he says "They're STILL DOING IT!!!" is hilarious.

Things that stuck out to me:

• He admitted he did play WWE Champions
• He never said he completely stopped playing, he always used qualifiers (i.e. he stopped playing as much)
• It sounds like Leanna dumped his ass because of his mobile game addiction

It just feels weird that there's probable cause Phil lied on those bankruptcy forms to escape his adult responsibilities of paying people what he owed, so he could use the money instead on this game.

Phil cannot be punished by anyone for this anymore, can he? He's in the clear from companies chasing what they're owed (unless he incurs fresh debts).

I'm not sure whether he's past any deadlines but creditors can't just go reopening a bankruptcy for no reason. It has to be something fraudulent, and it has to be something they couldn't have learned about with due diligence before the deadline passed. They didn't do fucking jack shit in the way of due diligence and just sat there like morons while he got his discharge. Even if he did rip them off and they can prove it, I think their own inaction might have already fucked them out of any chance to challenge it, even if they wanted to. The purpose of bankruptcy is to get these things definitely over with.

tl;dr even if he committed fraud he's probably free and clear.
