A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Credit where it's due, JK didn't cave unlike some people as of late.

If they cancel her they can't sperg about Harry Potter without it being problematic. Plus she condoned Hermione being black. She is probably in a good place. For now at least.

It's a shame because there's quite a number of points I find sympathetic in this essay - the idea that allowing and encouraging children to transition is extremely risky and potentially very dangerous, given how little we know about the process and how it's being found that gender issues are often comorbid with conditions like autism that, when managed, can resolve with time.
It's sympathetic also to suggest that there should be places reserved for cis women, not out of hate, but out of respect that trans women and cis women are from very different backgrounds and will naturally have some issues to face that don't overlap.
There's also the unfortunate tendency towards talking over cis women and their issues when trans women are present, because as trans women are a minority, it follows that their experiences may tend to dominate the conversation in places where the "amplify minority voices" ideology is present.

It's clear that Rowling isn't as outright hateful as that Glinner guy is, but it's also clear to me from reading her essay that she is getting most of her information from his side of the camp, so to speak. I'm convinced that there's a more compassionate view to be had that respects both cis women and trans women, and includes them where it makes sense to. I'm equally as certain that the frothing masses of the woke will accept no compromise, but they are a tiny fraction of a fraction.

As such, I don't get this pants-wetting desperation that TERFs have about the idea that culture at large is going to adopt that wokey "don't say women, say menstruators" style of thinking towards addressing gender. To me it seems much more likely that cis women would flock en masse towards more conservative mindsets.

Rowling is a little bit self-congratulatory about her largely perfunctory efforts to contribute to inclusivity, Dumbledore retroactively being declared gay, yet any meaningful way of canonically representing this being eschewed leaps to mind. If she could only let this bee in her bonnet settle awhile I doubt she'd be receiving so much flak for her fairly well-structured views.

I don't blame you if you didn't read all of her screed, but towards the end she throws her hat into the ring for the oppression olympics, turns out she is a... sexual and domestic assault survivor! It's not relevant to what she's talking about but shows that she still in the mindset of victim= righteous. Of course anyone triggered by her mild opinions won't be swayed by that at all.
however I don't see the need for her to mention her own abusive relationship (and then reaffirm its not for pity points) and compare it to men being allowed in womans bathrooms, she could have left out the long descriptions of her jumping at sudden noises

The reason it's relevant that she suffered sexual and domestic abuse is because male on female sexual and physical abuse happens a lot. Having shared toilets would mean that women cannot tell a man that he doesn't belong in there or call security. Woman could only wait until the man directly assaults them (or be arrested themselves for transphobia if they say something too soon). Women would be left constantly on edge whenever a man, someone bigger and stronger than them, enters toilets after them. For women who have been through the same as JKR, every man will become a potential rapist and women will not be comfortable being alone with a strange man, especially women who were not previously believed. Men who want to hide spycams or stare through the side gaps would be free to do so and only risk a woman catching them in the act specifically instead of being afraid of being seen in the women's toilets at all. Shared changing rooms have already been shown to result in more sexual assaults than seperate ones. The sum of all this is that a lot of women just will not be able to use women's toilets or changing rooms anymore. The lack of women's toilets was previously used to control and keep women at home and this could happen again.

Effectively she's pointing out that not wanting shared toilets is not about transpeople or being transphobic. The issue is that giving rights to transpeople (in this way) requires taking away rights from women, particularly women who have had similar experiences as her.

Credit where it's due, JK didn't cave unlike some people as of late.
Even broken clocks are right twice a day, after casting a white Hermoine and referencing her as white throughout the books, I've not forgotten the attempted blackwashing of her and Rowling's dumb backpedaling on that particular matter.

I also like to see her breaking down troon logic publicly, too bad Rowling forgot she's on UK soil, where facts do in fact take a back seat to feelings & free speech isn't free. She's lucky she's already made her billions because broke troons are going to be hounding her for donations and reparations for the rest of her creative career.

In other new Daniel Radcliffe just turned 40 30 recently.

Emma Watson has been vocal in her support for trans rights
Emma Watson restored the eroding hopes of Harry Potter fans Wednesday night (June 10) when she shattered her dayslong silence towards JK Rowling and her tirade of anti-trans tweets.
While the British author of the beloved children’s series issued a meandering essay that nobody asked for on her opinions towards trans rights – many based not on empirical evidence or fact – Watson’s take on trans rights was sweet and to the point.

“Trans people are who they say they are and deserve to live their lives without being constantly questioned or told they aren’t who they say they are,” she tweeted to her 29.1 million followers, which is more than double Rowling’s.
I want my trans followers to know that I and so many other people around the world see you, respect you and love you for who you are.
— Emma Watson (@EmmaWatson) June 10, 2020

The Little Woman star and women’s rights activist added that she has donated to Mermaids, a charity aiding trans youth in the UK. She also pledged to Mama Cash, the oldest international feminist fund.

Emma Watson on JK Rowling: ‘I want my trans followers to know that I see you, respect you and love you for who you are.’
Rowling, once known for her stoop-sitter approach to trans topics, has now become a strident commentator, prompting film stars Daniel Radcliffe and Eddie Redmayne to disavow the writer.
Many wondered when Watson, 30, would do the same, considering she has long been an advocate for trans equality.

Lees’ call to action, tweeted June 7, was posted when backlash first brewed against Rowling. The 54-year-old shared an article with the headline “Opinion: Creating a more equal post-COVID-19 world for people who menstruate” before making thorny statements on sex and gender in relation to trans identities.
Her remarks became lightning rods for criticism, with many perplexed as to why she was weighing in on trans rights in the throes of the Black Lives Matter protests and a global viral pandemic.

It was a startling contrast to Watson, who has been using her social media in recent days to consistently platform Black voices and issues.
And in her effusive support to trans communities, she said: “I want my trans followers to know that I and so many other people around the world see you, respect you and love you for who you are.”

— Emma Watson (@EmmaWatson) June 10, 2020

Watson implored her followers, if they are able to, to donate to Mermaids or Mama Cash, before capping off her call for solidarity with: “Happy Pride 2020, sending love.”
Harry Potter star praised by thousands for supporting trans rights.
As her tweets radiated online into the early night, tallying nearly 40,000 likes in less than an hour, trans advocacy groups and charities, parents of trans youth, LGBT+ allies and hardcore Harry Potter fans alike all shared their joy at Watson speaking out for a community so often silenced and shoved into margins.
Thank you so much, Emma. For every one of our young people who found hope and comfort in those stories, the friendship and kindness you and Daniel have shown over the last 24hrs helps to keep the magic alive…
Courage, chivalry, determination.

Paris Lees has some weird obsession with Emma. Even her Twitter banner image is from the one interview they did together where Paris immediately pressures Emma into following her on Instagram. Someone further up the thread described Emma as looking like she was in a hostage situation during the interview.

I wonder how China even knew which kids' feet to bind since before wypipo they didn't have any comprehension of the idea of biological sex.
yeah & i've just been schooled that trans men do not exist in any of the muslim countries. none of the trans activists seems to care about this little fact.
one of the terves who lived in Saudi always mentions it.

i guess when a woman announces she is a man in those countries, they just laugh & hand her a hijab & say "tough shit"
she is NOT permitted to adopt the male social role.
however, lots of MTF trannies under those hijabs, according to this terf who lived there.

also Saudi will not legally permit any kind of sex reassignment surgery or even in vitro fertilization in which the sperm used is not the husband's. where are the demonstrations, where is Amnesty International? Where is Pink news? crickets, crickets, crickets.

feminists have been howling about women's (lack of) rights under islam ever since i can remember. but troons (except Blaire white) are totally silent about the shitty treatment of trans ppl under one of the most brutal regimes in the world. why?
instead of using airtime & print media to attack boring middle class white women--why don't they extend some empathy to their trans sisters & brothers suffering under islam?
why don't they write about them, drawing attention to their plight?

i think we know the answer to that one:
its not sexually exciting to yell at a bunch of hairy imams/ayatollahs who are also laughing at you.

much more fun to terrorize women/jerk off over it.

How can people freely post these things online and then think it shows them as someone to be listened to? It only strengthens the argument that trans is nothing more than mental illness. An author of a children's book series that ended more than 10 years ago posted something you disagree with and you're in floods of tears? Tying your identity to something that much is not normal.

I'm surprised we haven't seen mass suicide threats.

IDK, you'd think the left would be screeching more over Harry raising and training an armed self-defense militia of his fellow students in direct contradiction to the stated whims of the legitimate state government who insist that there is no terrorist threat whatsoever, and even if there were, the government would be able to protect them.

"I'm in a house with two 20-somethings who are sobbing uncontrollably. They grew up with your books. I screamed at them relentlessly because of that, the same way I do everyday, but with added threats of suicide and a spice of broken glass. You could have been a beacon of hope, but you made me do this to them."

It did seem suspicious that he left out the cause and effect in that story.

I'm guessing the one he trooned out is the one on the left?
But no social contagion or anything.

he regularly calls him "my daughter" now (& his new name "Kai").
dunno when his surgery will be, but Jennifer Boylan had the surgery & covered it in depth (ugh) in his book.
Boylan claims s/he is very proud of Kai & "our love is strong"

its all fucking criminal.
instead, he gets rewarded with regular columns in the New York Times.

James “Jenny” Finley Boylan is basically Caitlyn Jenner plus Rhys, if Rhys we’re actually successful. An middling academic who is somehow given a national platform and seat at the LGBT table (he’s a chair at GLAAD) in spite of being a married heterosexual man.

It’s funny because in one of his few candid moments he admits he was shocked when his son trooned out but of course it was all through the lens of his own narcissism.

Yeah, he's one of the famous early faces of modern tranny lunacy. His autogynephile memoir 'She's Not There: A Life in wo Genders ' was my introduction to how creepy the practice of tranny parenting would be. I think he's the one who had his kids call him a combination of mommy plus daddy, 'maddie'.
