U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

Starbucks and Amazon are both headquartered in Seattle, and Amazon discreetly pulled all the BLM crap off their site/app/Fire service today.

Who wants to lay down some money that the Autonomous Zone made things a little too real for the wokies?

We've seen how uncomfortable they get when it's THEIR neighborhoods that are in danger of becoming the shithole full of broken glass and burning buildings.

The Prime Video app still has the ‘Black History and Hardship’ video list they added to the home screen a few days ago. At the top of the list.
audio archived.

Someone needs to show the good Reverend who was on NPR how to be good at trolling. Because this is a pretty weak effort.

With how months of pandemic and being stuck at home has caused left-wing white Americans to overreact and go apeshit on all of this, it’s obvious that black Americans see this as their chance to have a little fun with them. Kind of reminds me of something I’ve seen before all this in restaurants or stores in white suburbs; you see some black dudes who obviously aren’t locals come in and they turn up the ghetto talk and jibberjabber, then end the performance by pulling the “I gave you a $20, an’ you givin’ me change from a $10 - I want my $20 back!” Act on the clerk.

They know the effect they have on white people, and this just gives them an opportunity to step up the act and get a bigger rise out of them.

How the hell are black people going to swallow voting for this addled fuck? They will, but I don’t know how.
Black people don't vote. At least not in large numbers. That's always been a big part of their problem. Politicians only pander to those who can deliver large voting blocks (like AARP or AIPAC or NRA). They'll happily use these people to motivate white liberals to vote, but they aren't counting on blacks actually getting out there to vote. The only time they managed that was when Obama was the candidate. If he does pick a black VP, they might get out and vote again. Otherwise, they'll do what they always do on election day: absolutely nothing.

I've noticed a lot of people that get a "dumb" or "autistic" rating here for one thing repeatedly giving the person that did it the same in return. We're all on the same side, don't let a couple of people dissenting make you think otherwise. This thread has been amazingly civil and I think it's best to just let that shit go. People say dumb things sometimes, it's fine. Don't hold a vendetta against people because of one post you didn't like.

Didn't you all watch Mr. Rogers? Don't you remember the special about not rating people autistic unless they're true spergs?
Imagine caring this much about imaginary internet stickers

If you're going to recruit people to communism, you have to start young. I'll admit, on paper, communism sounds pretty great. Everyone gets treated equally. We all share the wealth. In theory, it doesn't sound that bad. Unfortunately, it is impossible because of human nature. Animal Farm spells out exactly what really happens when you try to build that kind of society. Young people, because they have no real life experience and don't fully understand the absolute degeneracy that can exist in the world, easily fall for it.

That's really a big part of what's wrong with the world today -- we put too much emphasis on the youth. And I'm not just saying that because I'm old as dirt. Intelligence is one thing, but wisdom only comes from experience. And if you aren't willing to learn from your elders and build from that, you end up with the crap we have today. It's like working on building the perfect machine and you get so close to completing it, but you die. Then your heirs throw all of it out and start from scratch because they think they can build it a better way, but they never finish it either and the cycle repeats.

Just look at how we have young kids pushing the idea of gender fluidity. Or Greta whatever her name is pushing climate change. Adults are actually listening and taking the advice of children. That is pure madness. When I was a kid, the adults always said, "children should be seen and not heard". Now I get exactly what they mean.

Communism is just as shitty in theory as it is in reality.

Antifa larpers and their privileged comrades have been majorly exposed to the mainstream, even if the public seems conflicted between handwaving them away or thinking they're akbar levels of immediate danger.
MSM will only cast these people as “peaceful protesters”. Yesterday one outlet ran a bullshit segment that tried to argue evidence for Antifa involvement at all was “mysteriously absent.”

mfw dunno if sincere or bait

This is why I'm squarely of the opinion they themselves aren't dangerous but a potential problem in other ways as useful idiots, even if they're weak of will and principle.

Considering their hatred of capitalist farms and supposed love for autonomy, you'd think at least ONE of them know how to garden. Didn't they ask for vegan food or was that an edit?

This is worse than the time I let some urbanite friends borrow my fishing gear and they threw all the worms in the water because they didn't logic you're supposed to bait the hook.
If they're going to farm, why not pool some money and buy some land outside of the city? Maybe put the commune in communist? (I think most of all these kids need regular application of daddy's-belt discipline. What a bunch of silly sponges.)

Sometimes the rating has to be given because the content archived is autistic af. Nothing against the poster, and I try to use informative for those, but it still happens.

But carrying about ratings makes you gayaf- turn off notifications of ratings to reach master-level.

I want to know why the generals are against Trump? I’m not saying they were appointed by Obama but did Trump tell them to knock it off in the Middle East and the deescalation in North Korea pissed them off?

Trump's promise to "drain the swamp" and his initial attempt to bring outsiders into his administration really scared the shit out of the Washington bureaucracy. I don't think people understand how massive it's gotten. Washington and its suburbs are becoming more and more affluent as their power expands. There's an expansive class of career government officials and the people whom they exchange reciprocal patronage with (big business, foreign governments, media, etc.) that Trump's populist agenda looked to unseat. They've been looking to destroy him as soon as polls indicated he was the Republican front runner. Another angle is that they hate the common man. They think that the rabble are idiots who should accept a lukewarm liberal orthodoxy.

I'm rambling here but the top brass all have buddies in the ruling class who are the targets of a national populist agenda. I also think that most of them consider themselves above the rubes in flyover country who make up Trump's base.

Communism is just as shitty in theory as it is in reality.
It really is, but the illusions of equality, especially in a world where "God is dead" makes something destined to devolve into tyranny and mass self-genocide appeal to these quasi nihilists unable to enjoy their vast wealth.

Not really a power level And keep in mind this is purely anecdotal, but I deal a lot with average working class normie folks over a fairly wide area. Over the past few days I’ve been over hearing or taking part in the same conversation over and over. It is this: “I was watching ___ on the news and it people are getting crazy. I’m worried about what my kids/grand kids are going to have to deal with.” Honestly I’m not really sure how to take it, but it seems like the normies are getting scared and that could be worrisome.

I just un-liked the facebook page of a convention that I've been attending religiously for 15 years now because they made a virtue signal post complete with links to where to donate your hard-earned money, all of it BLM themed.
I do not like this trend of supporting terrorists and people who support terrorist supporters.
Those have been the worse, for so many of us conventions are where we go to escape everything. Plus so many of them have preemptively canceled this year it’s almost like they are trying to deepen the misery with these virtue signaling posts.

the convention center near me was in the center of the riots, and it was trashed. There was litterally a roof koreans style gunfight at the market next door. My local convention literally came out and cheered on the protests/riots while also announcing they were canceled this year. Fucking hell! Worst of all these SJW cuts will be insufferable once conventions start up again. They already were demanding priority for panels just because before all this, now it’s going to be nothing but SJW panels for the next year.

They don't ban all political accessories, though. They handed out gay stuff last year.

They even sold mermaid cookies to promote a charity for transgender children.

IIRC, wasn't all that shit from last year?

Pride Month was really obnoxious back in 2019, probably due to a mix of SJW culture reaching its pre-corona zenith and the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall that year.

Still, when Starbucks, the company synonymous with pretentious progressive hipsters and yuppies are telling BLM off as opposed to openly endorsing them like before, then you know that something is up and shit is going south for both BLM and Antifa.

The policy of banning all "political" expressions at work and actually applying it evenly and even mentioning BLM as an example is a much better choice than the Anarcho-Tyranny approach to politics that YouTube and Twitter do.

Of course, they'll have some lip service that doesn't outright demonize BLM, but that's just good optics in general, and I think they did mention they'll allow rainbow pins for Pride Month as the sole exception.

This is potentially a bigger sign of SJW culture ending than it may appear at first.

Starbucks may be a lot of things, but "based and redpilled" are not among them.

When they of all companies decide to finally cut the line on this bullshit, then that's a good sign that backlash is coming sooner than we thought and even the bigwigs are getting concerned about this having gotten way too out of hand.

I rarely give out any dumb/autistic ratings. I prefer to give out WINNER ratings very liberally since most people here were kids during the beginning of the "everyone gets a trophy" era. Feelsgood.

Edit: EmpGulcasa, you're on my bad list.
