Why is he leaving where he is now, when he's only been there, what, not even a year? It's the first place where he's lived alone, isn't it? You'd think he'd be happy to stay there after schlepping around so many rented rooms in other people's houses for years, but no, he's moving again. Neighbours complaining about him? Trying to leave his disaster of a life behind and starting anew ( :lit: )? Maybe the neighbourhood women just aren't hot enough?

There's something seriously amiss here. I don't suppose Russ will tell the truth as to why he has to move yet again, sadly, but that amount of apartment hopping isn't normal. I'd love to know what's really going on.

Maybe his parents stopped helping? Was he employed? Maybe he lost his job.

Neighbor trouble?

His drool spots on the floor became so saturated that it started raining in the apartment of his neighbors below.

Maybe it was a six month lease, and he's decided to move for whatever reason, like he got caught stalking a female neighbor.

What's the story about renting in the USA? How long are the contract lengths? Here, lease agreements are usually 6 months or 1 year.

Perhaps that's what's happened? Contract up, they don't like him and aren't giving an opportunity to renew?

It’s the same here, although some places are just month to month with no lease.

It’s not cheap to move though, as often apartments charge first and last months rent and a deposit up front. If he’s looking for $1,000 a month rent, he could need $2500 to move. He seems to live in seedier places though and he may find some who are more lenient.

I’d say it’s a good bet he was denied a lease renewal.

Both of those apartment complexes that he reviewed are in West Valley City. Our SLC Kiwis can elaborate but from the looks of it, it is apparently one of the worst parts of the SLC metro. ICO Fairbourne Station has some pretty ghetto looking homes just down the street. So he may be getting priced out of his current place. Perhaps the parents cut Russell's allowance since he is wasting it on frivolous lawsuits again. Then again, if that was true, I highly doubt he could afford those two places.

I highly doubt he could afford those two places.

Liberty Commons’ smallest floor plan (which happens to be wage-restricted, by the way) is listed between $925 and $1,100 per month.

The three 1-bedroom apartments ICO Fairbourne Station has listed as available run between $1,000 and $1,219 per month. Those numbers do not include a recurring $30 storage fee and a $60 assigned garage parking fee. Russ would also need to pony up $50 to apply and then cover a $250 admin fee.

That’s a lot of mopping.

Russ does move A LOT. One theory I have is that he gets fired so much that he moves to be closer to new jobs. Even though he takes the bus, getting a job even 10 miles away could change his schedule by an amount to make it a headache. Russ goes for low-hanging-fruit jobs then moves to be within short bus/walking/haggard jog distance.

Of course I'm sure he gets kicked out a lot. I can imagine Russ is easily agitated by anything like people being up too late/early, kids being noisy, the usual apartment bullshit you have to put up with. He might email the property manager weekly with complaints he demands be taken care of and his leases aren't renewed. We know he agitates or creeps out people he lives with, I'm sure he also makes outrageous demands like grass maintenance shouldn't be allowed from 12pm-6pm on weekends because that's his recording time.

Oh you know he's the worst tenant. He thinks everyone is starting at him, so you know he complains about being "harassed" constantly.

Definitely not frivolous, litigious, and crazy.
I hope this quote shows up in court in some way, it's such a kill-shot.

The reason for the lawsuit will change for whatever narrative he has at the time. He says he gets cyberbullied for being disabled, which people may shit on him for how he looks, but if that were exclusively true he wouldn't have a thread here. Lolcows claim they are bullied for their looks/autism/being trans etc but it's because they can't shut their mouths about how stupid they are.

The only disabled rights he cares about are his own which are to get his dick wet with rape.

I don't get why he just doesn't carpool or get a bicycle. I don't have a car and that's what I do.

Russ does not like being around other people unless they're sucking his dick. I can't imagine he makes friends at his various jobs. As for the bike he is physically unfit no matter how much he claims otherwise. With how uncoordinated he is I wonder if he can even RIDE a bike.

Also he's banned from Uber/Lyft for harassing his female drivers.
