Why is he leaving where he is now, when he's only been there, what, not even a year? It's the first place where he's lived alone, isn't it? You'd think he'd be happy to stay there after schlepping around so many rented rooms in other people's houses for years, but no, he's moving again. Neighbours complaining about him? Trying to leave his disaster of a life behind and starting anew (Russ must be itching to move.

If you can’t buy it (or rent it) twice, you can’t afford it.
Maybe his parents stopped helping? Was he employed? Maybe he lost his job.Why is he leaving where he is now, when he's only been there, what, not even a year? There's something seriously amiss here. I don't suppose Russ will tell the truth as to why he has to move yet again, sadly, but that amount of apartment hopping isn't normal. I'd love to know what's really going on.
Neighbor trouble?
His drool spots on the floor became so saturated that it started raining in the apartment of his neighbors below. Why is he leaving where he is now, when he's only been there, what, not even a year? Maybe it was a six month lease, and he's decided to move for whatever reason, like he got caught stalking a female neighbor. Why is he leaving where he is now, when he's only been there, what, not even a year? What's the story about renting in the USA? How long are the contract lengths? Here, lease agreements are usually 6 months or 1 year. Why is he leaving where he is now, when he's only been there, what, not even a year? It's the first place where he's lived alone, isn't it? It’s the same here, although some places are just month to month with no lease. What's the story about renting in the USA? How long are the contract lengths? Here, lease agreements are usually 6 months or 1 year.
Perhaps that's what's happened? Contract up, they don't like him and aren't giving an opportunity to renew?
If he’s looking for $1,000 a month rent, he could need $2500 to move.
I highly doubt he could afford those two places.

Oh you know he's the worst tenant. He thinks everyone is starting at him, so you know he complains about being "harassed" constantly.Russ does move A LOT. One theory I have is that he gets fired so much that he moves to be closer to new jobs. Even though he takes the bus, getting a job even 10 miles away could change his schedule by an amount to make it a headache. Russ goes for low-hanging-fruit jobs then moves to be within short bus/walking/haggard jog distance.
Of course I'm sure he gets kicked out a lot. I can imagine Russ is easily agitated by anything like people being up too late/early, kids being noisy, the usual apartment bullshit you have to put up with. He might email the property manager weekly with complaints he demands be taken care of and his leases aren't renewed. We know he agitates or creeps out people he lives with, I'm sure he also makes outrageous demands like grass maintenance shouldn't be allowed from 12pm-6pm on weekends because that's his recording time.
Russ is still tilting at the windmill that is Taylor Swift, and he still thinks BLM will drop everything to help him. The man's autistic narcissism and sheer stubbornness is impressive! He might've made something of himself if he'd only put that focus on improving his lot in life.

Definitely not frivolous, litigious, and crazy.
I hope this quote shows up in court in some way, it's such a kill-shot.
I don't get why he just doesn't carpool or get a bicycle. I don't have a car and that's what I do.
