They dwell on Lawtwitter, what do you think? They're not very bright, are they?
"No no we don't want to ruin your life and take your job and livelihood away!!!!"
I'm saying this because I mean it. This is in my opinion the best response / evaluation of Ron's behavior I have seen in awhile. Enjoyed the read.Okay, I took the time to listen to Ron's latest interview in its entirety and wanted to get my thoughts out there. I suppose first and foremost I should mention that Ron said he was done with the Farms (posting anyway, he may still lurk). He found that the forum's interface was confusing when it came to making replies to other's posts. So, the chances of Ron returning are pretty slim at this point... unless he decides to give it another try and actually learn how to use the quoting system to answer everyone's posts properly. I'm pretty sure kiwis tried to teach him how, but he didn't seem to catch on.
Anyway, there are lots of points he loves to repeat constantly as his defense as to why he did no wrong. He is quite fixated on the following things.
1. Nick was the one that made things public
He compares the engagement on his own tweets is very little compared to Nick's followers. What he fails to mention is that Nick only made a video after a month this shit was going down. If he wants to compare engagement, that's stupid... because Monica's statement had garnered a lot of attention in the anime community. People didn't know who Nick was at the time... and Nick would have never noticed the situation if they didn't blow it up on Twitter first. Also, quite a few articles were already published about the situation... articles which Monica decided to provide information for.
2. Vic's rep was already bad!
What he fails to understand is that rumors made by a bunch of nobodies had no impact on Vic's career. Vic was invited to 30-40 cons a year while such rumors existed. It wasn't until 2019 that Vic only attended a handful of cons. What was the difference between those years? Maybe it was because a certain personal fiancee in the VA industry decided to make public claims... That just might make people more inclined to believe Vic's a "dangerous" person and too much of a risk to invite to conventions.
3. Vic's apology came out before Monica or I posted anything!
What forced this to come out though? Was it because some whores thought it would be fun to like and share a tweet that made outrageous claims against Vic? Their support made people believe such an outlandish rumor. Enough so that Vic felt the need to apologize. What would of happened if those whales decided to leave that ridiculous tweet be? It would have been lost to the wind...
Let's not forget that Monica was already reaching out to conventions to get Vic booted. Also making claims to her employer to start the investigation that would get Vic fired. There were things going on behind the scenes. But of course he won't take that into account. It wasn't until after Vic was terminated, they began to lash out. But it isn't just public things that count, Ron. The things done privately matter too.
4. Vic would have been fine if he just didn't sue!
Ron brings up a hypothetical in which Vic never sued anyone. Ron likes to hammer the idea that Vic would have been saved if only he just made some videos on YouTube about his connection with God or something stupid like that. Ron won't take into account that if Vic didn't file the suit all those terrible articles would still exist to ruin Vic's reputation. Kamehacon would have run without him. The only ones who would benefit from no lawsuit being filed would be the defendants. Fans would figure the articles about him would have been true and lost trust in Vic. Even if he did some kind of YouTube channel about repenting or some shit, his former fans would be gone. Vic would have been forever casted out of the anime community.
5. Vic's email
Why did Monica not reply? Ron says it was because she was told not to respond during the investigation. But we all know this all happened after Vic was terminated and that Monica was being a vindictive cunt when she instead decided to forward it and bitch about it. She was the one who requested Vic not to contact her, it wasn't the other way around. Why did Ron not reply instead? Well, Monica couldn't share info during the investigation. Again, this happened after. Also, it has been pretty clear Monica shared information with Ron during the investigation as Ron gloated about having knowledge of the investigation on Twitter. Ron only reached out to Vic's fan club after there was an impending lawsuit on the way. He fails to explain why he didn't reach out sooner. You know... before Vic retained Ty. He only had 4 months.. But for some reason he feels justified in how he reached out to Vic.
6. Public concern
Ron discusses it is okay to speak out about someone out of a public concern. Truth matters not. Even though truth is supposed to be his defense. Clearly, he's just being full of shit and trying to defend his position in any ridiculous manner he can now.
7. Assault is not a crime
Yes, it is... Ron. If a woman came up to you and said she was assaulted by someone in the streets, what image would come to your mind?
A. Someone farted in her general direction
B. Someone flicked her ear
C. Someone physically attacked her
The answer is pretty clear, Ron. All you have to do is look up the definition to understand that it has a specific legal definition. When you look up assault, you will see many articles about people who are "charged with assault". If you meant it jokingly, it certainly didn't sound that way. Especially when claiming to Slatosch that "charges would be on the way" and if you brought Vic to court you'd see who would "walk away on the sex offenders list". It's a big statement that gives a picture that Vic committed a crime.
Ron tries to act like he's a changed man, but he also admits that aggression is the first tactic he uses when he feels cornered. It was something that is noticed by his coworkers. He's aggressive and it clearly shows in how he handled the situation with Vic. His tweets were fueled by anger and aggression. There isn't much thought he put into his tweets. Just pure emotion. That is what I get out of Ron Toye's interview anyway.
Oh, to answer about Ron being an employee at Funi, Jamie made a tweet at Monica about how their boyfriends/husbands/whatever were higher ups in the company. It was a joke she made with Monica, but most people took it seriously. I know I did when it first came out and made me think about how messed up that was. Later it was established that it wasn't true, but it was never cleared up in the legal documents. I wouldn't be surprised if people still think Ron is involved with Funi somehow.
Of course Ron would be the type of parent that doesn't pay attention to what his kid is doing. That's too funny. It's sad when an internet forum pays more attention to your kid than you do, Ron. I'm sure there has been a recent discussion about the meaning of words like "nigger". But God, Ron... you're the worst possible person to teach that lesson. Could it be that your son just perceives that word differently than you do? So it's okay right? Like using the word assault for mundane things. It's all about perception, really.
Law Action Role Play aka LARP on twitter. They dwell on Lawtwitter, what do you think?
"The guy who claim he's a licenced therapist, but hides his credential behind a Jeopardy legend" says the guy who claim he's a licenced lawyer but hides his credential behind some Hyperion characters. Martin Bettik is the very last guy in the whole KV movement to have any right to make that comment. What a

I wonder how many therapists these lunatics had to harass over DMs before someone played along.
The narrative has fallen apart. They really need a valid reason to defend the remote wielding psychopath outside "right side of history" banality.I wonder how many therapists these lunatics had to harass over DMs before someone played along.
Inb4 this turns into another threadnought but with psychiatrists. The narrative has fallen apart. They really need a valid reason to defend the remote wielding psychopath outside "right side of history" banality.

I could have sworn you practiced at 612 wharf avenue on the south jerseys shore? This is just them trying to minimize what I've said and trying to get me to dox myself. So they then can report me to my licensing board.
Even Ron took me at my word I was a therapist. So there's that too.
I could have sworn you practiced at 612 wharf avenue on the south jerseys shore?
If anybody gets that reference id be so happy.

It's funny that you're assuming this person they've drug up out of nowhere read anything at all beyond LawTwitter's DMs about how you "totally diagnosed Ron Toye over the Internet".It would help if they read shit thoroughly. I explained I'm not a psychiatrist or psychologist. I'm a master's level therapist.
Aww. How sweet. Maybe I'll get some cards or gifts? Should I rent a PO box somewhere to send gifts? God they would lose their shit and try to find every therapist in the town i get the PO box to identify me.@Ken Jennings looks like you've got a fan club.
They seem to forget they have idiots on their side over there LARPING as lawyers and even other actual lawyers LARPING as Texas lawyers. If @Ken Jennings actually gets them this S H O O K just from voicing his observations, there may be more truth to his "armchair analysis" than they are willing to admit.

Anyways, to my earlier statement, I'm guessing they asked at least a dozen therapists to join in and that they've been searching since you first post on Ron, Ken. Ron's been losing his shit over your completely inaccurate assessment for weeks now.
I'm laughing that these lawcunts are still chimping at Ken for making his personal assessment on Ron. Meanwhile, Nick is open to the idea of being assessed by Ken.
