It's amazing how scared they are of those crime stats. All they have to say is some shit like "they're disproportionately found guilty by racist juries" and bamn, subverted. It's kind of a loose sort of observation, but I couldn't help but notice that over the past three years, 1,105 houses have been listed for sale in Minneapolis just using this one, lone real estate map. 462 of those happened in the past 30 days, meaning that 46% of all houses that have gone up for sale in that area in the past three years have happened over the past month, with 23% of that spike ( 263 listings) happening in the past two weeks. By the looks of it, people are already starting to bail out.

I've always told people I don't have a cell phone since high school. I remember the days of one phone per family and it seemed as much a curse as a blessing. Now when I start a job or get to know work types, I point them in the direction of E-mail. People are insane with phones. Everyone that's ever been within 5 degrees of separation of you feel entitled ot as much of your time as they want, any time of day, any day of the year.
What? You can't answer the phone at 0400 sunday morning, on christmas to tell me about how to grow and graft walnut plants? I heard from your cousin's neighbor you had a walnut tree and I don't know how to read online.
It's been kinda funny, because after the hire happens, they insist you get a phone, which means I sometimes have been cursed with.....two. Outsmarted. Damn.
