You mistake incompetence with "willfull neglect" if not purposeful malice. The CIA had an asset named Ali Mohammed. Long story short, dude was a former Egyptian Colonel turned terrorist/CIA asset double agent. He was in the US military for a while, took leave to go wage jihad in South Asia, it gets brought up and shoved under the rug; on top of a myriad of other bullshit he did. He took classified data like the US's military manuals about tactics and shit and openly gave it to the terrorists. They knew he was dirty for years and let him do his shit unhindered; eventually taking action when it got too hot to ignore.

That's called "incompetence" (and/or negligence).
They thought he was more valuable than not (until he wasn't) and that what he was doing wouldn't significantly damage anything because they (incompetently) thought they could contain/prevent shit from happening. Which obviously they couldn't.

no, they didn't conspire to orchestrate floyds death intentionally. all they had to do is wait, because in a country of over 300 million, a case of "nig gets killed by cop" is never super far away anyway statistically it happens like once a month.
so they just sit and wait for something they can blow up into a happening. floyd happens, they see it as an opportunity and give the "go" order. media immediately starts agitating, this is enough to get a little nig protest/riot going in minneapolis a few days after floyds death, antifa goons join the protest to push it to the next level with widespread arson and attacks on police, and with the help of constant national media agitprop it escalates to a nation wide chimpening within a few more days

Seeing quite a but of pushback on social media over the claim of groups being violent-far right, and how one lot of bad apples means the entire protest is violent yet the violent clusters at BLM protests were a small minority of a peaceful protest.
The divide is growing, and they're going to get angrier. So glad those "anti-racist" protests have done so much for the cause.
