So... the 2nd and 3rd most important supplies "need" are drugs and drug accessories?
EDIT: LOL at Gatorade, will they water their plants with it like in Idiocracy?

When did hating on the cops become so cringe?
Ever since it became an uncontroversial faux-edgy thing that people still treat as though nobody has said this before.
Miscellaneous graffiti. Don't ask me how to pronounce "WⒶMXN".
I imagine something like when PewDiePie used to say Whamen.
Societies contain 2 kinds of people: those who can control their urges and those that can't. Former cooperates, latter causes problems.
Unfortunately, society is starting to promote the latter when the former gets harassed and arrested when going outside or opening a business, while the latter is not at all dealt with or even given special privileges, like dropping all charges despite committing so much crime.

22 is NOT "less lethal". it will penetrate skin and tissue and break smaller bones (like ribs) just fine. if it's hollow point it will give you a real nasty wound full of metal fragments, if it's fmj it will probably manage to pierce through your entire body unless it's stopped by hitting a really thick bone.

point is, you get hit in the stomach by that shit, you'll suffer some serious injuries because it will literally rip a hole through your intestines and organs. and if you get hit in the chest (lung or even heart), you're almost guaranteed to die within minutes or hours (depending on where you are hit) unless you manage to get to a hospital very quickly.
Most people, even Americans, would be shocked at how many gun deaths are caused by .22, it's still a bullet and still very dangerous. It just doesn't always have the energy to penetrate through bone from a distance, but up close it certainly will. There's a reason hitmen like it for upclose work.
I don't why people think 22 is not as lethal as larger calibers. A small caliber round can kill you the same as a larger one.
? I read earlier in this thread, repeatedly, that 22LR is the most commonly seen, "oh shit he ded," tier ammo by EMTs / ER doctors? Is that wrong?
yeah
people say it has less stopping power than bigger rounds because it has much less kinetic energy, and there probably is a point to that argument, but in terms of tissue damage it's still a piece of metal ripping through your body which is very fucking deadly
hollow point will make a slightly bigger wound inside the target, plus it will leave a bunch of nasty lead fragments embedded in the wound that are a pain in the ass to get out for the surgery team
its probably slightly more effective and lethal than regular fmj bullets but not very much i think

I made that post knowing that it would snowball into a discussion about ballistics, but It didn’t turn out nearly as bad as I thought.

I’m not a firearm expert, but while yes .22LR can be lethal, there’s a reason it’s not a military round or even a common carry round.

5.56mm NATO is an order of magnitude more lethal, which was my main point, although I liked the discussion.

I’m betting the utopia lasted about as long as it took people to realize that no one was going to clean up for them.

Dude, what? We don't even have a fifth of the problems you have with race. You're talking about Africa where there isn't even a country but a bunch of clans killing each other for the past century and a handful of whites profiting out of the bloodshed. Most of the civilized 3th world have bigger problems to deal with than skin color. Like your retarded international tariffs or China buying everything they can.
Your nigger continent has a thriving trade in hunting down albinos, murdering them, cutting up their bodies, and selling them for jew jew magic medicine. Africa is the only continent where open cannibalism is still practiced. You're not as bad as American niggers, true you like to eat each other but I admit you're a few notches above Tyrone.

The more and more i see stuff like people destroying their own neighborhoods, the more i keep thinking about how inefficient this all is. Like is it really necessary to break your own foot so that a doctor can finally look at it?

It is almost like the goal is destruction not demonstration.

Why do they always lie? The police haven't dropped the case. It's an ongoing investigation.

Because the truth never helps their narrative.

Nice to see people in the UK showing up to protect statues. NBC calls them "Far right" because they do not want wanton destruction by paid actors.

As for the rest of your message, it's not the police or their policies that need reform, it's societies attitudes about crazies and junkies. We need to stop acting like mental illness and drug abuse are things to be embraced and exalted. Crazies belong in hospitals and junkies need to be shunned and shamed like they used to be. Propping these people up and acting like nothing is wrong with them is the problem.

A huge part of the problem is the total lack of effective mental health care for the people who simply cannot function safely in society. Almost all the long term secure places are gone - and there were big abuses of the system of asylums, for sure, but reform would have been better than just removing places completely.
Some people can’t be out in society because they can’t cope and some are a danger to others. What do we do with them? It’s a hard question.

agree completely though on the glorification and pandering to low level personality disorders. That kind of stuff used to be kept more in check by (gasp!) shame and (shock!) tight knit communities and (shudder!) religion. I’m not particularly religious but even I can see that removing it from society leaves a gap, and what fills it isn’t always a positive.

How do starting fires and arson fall under ATF jurisdiction?
I could be wrong but I believe a molotov counts as a Destructive Device, and I bet they didn't have tax stamps.

The ATF handles destructive devices, explosives, and arson investigations. They seem to be the country’s main source for explosive and fire investigation knowledge. Learned something new this morning.

So how quickly do you think Minneapolis will reinstate it's police force or go hard red like New York in the 80s?

Not soon enough.

Woah, calm down Jim Crow, no need to speak so harshly about black people!

Well that's very well true the the attitudes of people should change or improve. There's a lot of Policies in place for example In my state once a person commits a crime and they're obviously found to be mentally incompetent before a judge Instead of receiving any kind of treatment they sent first to jail. Once they get out in no better shape than they were before they may ultimately find that there is very little community services or programs to help rehabilitate them because state services have been cut entirely.
Mental health reform and drug treatment reform has been shown to drastically reduce crime and poverty.
