My advice is nuke the political subforums and Weeb Wars, both places are people just circle jerking each other saying how “Durrr SJWs are bad!” “Vic did nuttin wrong, nigga.” Nobody has meaningful discussions or ideas, it’s all just fucking atrocious and cancerous.

The lolcows are the only reason this site exists in the first place, that should be the main focus. I’ve been lurking here since the SoK debacle and joined only recently (relatively speaking). This site is one of the first sites I check in the morning and at night. I mainly stick to the DSP lolcow page so I don’t know much of the culture here on this site but it would be absolutely heartbreaking to see this site go after keeping me entertained for so long.

People have done good work and research especially with the whole DSP WWE mobile app scam. There are some assholes, some cunts who want to see the world burn, some people who want to stir drama shit but those people are a small fraction of the absolute madmen who do diligent work for no pay whatsoever, for no rhyme or reason whatsoever, other than to make other people, such as myself, laugh at some dopey man in his late 30s and NO other site has that kind of culture. NO other site allows you to do that and that’s a beautiful thing.

If you feel like starting a family and making little Moons with your Moonette wife then by all means do that. Personally, I don’t think that will help with your mental health at all, it may make it more stressful and you will be in the same position that you are in now, miserable and conflicted. That being said, I’m happy with whatever decision you choose to make, Null.

I half-agree with what you said about the Weeb Wars board. I think there are a bunch of threads that should be locked down until something actually happens. While I'm at it, I think Yellow Flash, MBA and TUG should be in a separate #comicsgate board, since they add fuck-all to the Thicc Lasagna case, except regurgitating what other people have already said.

You should talk to a therapist. I was in your boat in my mid 20's to early 30's. Antidepressants and talking to someone saved my life. You can even teleconference with english speaking therapists from Serbia.

I second this. I've had a lone wolf mentality my whole life, but as I've gotten older (you and I are about the same age, Errverlord) it's become harder to cope with without help. Therapy and meds may feel like giving into internal weakness, but they really do help.

I lurked for two years before I worked up the guts to make an account, since then I have always tried to hold true to the values of the farms.

1. On family let me tell you as someone in their early thirties, the longing will only get worse. I didn't care about it until my late twenties, but the state of western women is absolutely appalling tbh. Despite being a shitposter of KF I have no trouble attracting women, it's attracting one who is worth keeping around that is the biggest challenge. This is the challenge facing most men of our age at the moment, perhaps being in Eastern Europe you have an advantage over the rest of us?

2. On Freedom of Speech, I have mad respect for you for standing up for what you believe in and keeping KF as a bastion in an otherwise censorious shit time period. Ever since 8chan got nuked from orbit, this has felt like a home away from home, I'll always appreciate what you did for users of this site. I even bought a ton of merch in that latest drive to show my appreciation, thanks for everything you've done for us boss.

3. On fun, I can't really comment. I still find the farms to be enjoyable so I can't relate, but I do hope you find something you enjoy @Null. I don't know whether appointing more mods would lower your workload, or if nuking the site completely would be a better option. Either way I hope things somehow work out and you can find enjoyment in life with whatever you decide to do moving forward.
