It seems they are highly susceptible to emotional manipulation. I should probably go looking to see if there are studies that find that marketing (and therefore propaganda) are more effective on Blacks than other races. If you combined that with being told as you grew up that the entire system was against you and you deserved everything. It probably means they are the more easily managed of the races politicially. Which might explain why so many in high places are determined to make the Europeans an absolute minority.
