It sounds like Nick is having trouble with DLive. They've now deleted two of his replays. They said the first was deleted because of a technical error, which I'm skeptical of. The first happened like two weeks ago before he went on break. The second happened for the show on 06/11/2020. He hasn't inquired about what happened with that one yet.
He's mistaken if he thinks DLive will have any hesitation kicking him off if he becomes too toxic to them. They barely take a cut in his money as is. I think he does think that because he's the only one of the edgy DLive streamers that regularly says faggot. The Ralph Retort, Azzmador, etc. all are typically very careful about the language they use.
Getting kicked off DLive would be a blow. Building a streaming site is expensive, but where it's really gonna hit him is when it comes to taking donations via a payment processor. Nick is using Stripe for his merch store (under his friend's Simon's account presumably because he's banned from Stripe) and he's using EpicPay for his subscription site.
DLive is nice for Nick because of how Lemons and payout works. People can buy Lemons using their cards, donate them to streamers, and then DLive pays out directly to the streamer's bank. Thus DLive's payment processor doesn't know which streamers are getting Lemons.
DLive has shown a lot more goodwill to people like Nick than any payment processor ever has. Building a donation system would be easy for Nick's web developer Saevant. The issue though is that it would be easy for Nick's liberal detractors to deplatform him by going to the payment processor.
He reads donations from Entropy first, so he obviously favors them, but it's not a long term viable option. Entropy uses Google Pay and they'll be cut off as soon as liberal journalists get wind of their mission of "Creative Streaming Solutions in an Era of Mass Censorship."

Ghost Politics on Dlive has also had similar problems. A replay of his from last week was deleted due to technical issues. He has pretty questionable content as well, so it's tough to know with edgy people if it's technical issues or because of the actual content. DLive has a history of technical issues so it wouldn't be a surprise, but at the same time, DLive isn't afraid to censor and ban either.

To be fair, Nick never really had any love for the GOP in the first place, more like trying to come off as 'loyal' to Trump and have the trickle effect of that. I don't think he actually wants to reform the GOP to be whole-heartedly anti-zionist or to conform to his ideals though. Did Nick ever make any plans as to how he would do it? Where would he start? What are his connections to the mainstream GOP beyond Malkin who is already getting canceled by them? If he was actually trying to get into the GOP and reform it, he'd never attend Unite the Right 2017, tone down his Catholic sperging, be less edgy, and keep his mouth shut on anything about Jews and tried to go for a Keith Woods-style approach where he'd validate his anti-zionism because of muh Palestinians so he doesn't come off as a 'evil nazi' by the media. Yet he only just says that so he can claim to have a more sane-looking goal than anyone else in the Dissident Right while doing nothing. Spencer wants his Ethnostate, Nick says he'll uncuck the GOP, Nick's goal makes more sense but he can't achieve it.
You can reform the GOP to be a bit more based, it's not impossible, but the moment you associate yourself with Unite the Right 2017, make holocaust jokes, and act edgy, they'll blacklist you. Repeating the same USS Liberity and Dancing Israeli memes will not net you the cultural victory either. For a man who claims optics are his forte, he was already doomed from the start in 2017.
Though I'm sure in a few weeks, Trump is going to something that's marginally based and he'll fawn over him again and prepare himself to go full MAGA by November. Indirectly making himself full-on GOP as well.

If Nick actually cares about reforming the GOP, what’s his ground game? How much money has he raised? What’s his list of candidates? That’s the problem with the wignats and amnats alike: they want change but think spicy memes are all it takes. Sheldon Adelson donated $100 million in 2018 and that’s why Trump prioritized moving the embassy to Jerusalem. Justice Democrats are a joke but they have some level of organization and occasionally get results.

Yep. 2 main problems.
1. Raising money is hard because all the intuitions will cuck you; payment processors, social media. As soon as you start winning, the ADL will deplatform you.
2. Policies. Not enough to say, "Democrats plz stop calling us racists." He needs to argue, "We need to end mass migration and repatriate/deport non whites back to their home nations. It doesn't matter if they are good people or hard workers, diversity is destroying this nation." That's a higher bar to sell than simply dems are so mean.

The thing is, from what I know, there aren't really any right-wing streamers who do daily shows that are actually funny to a younger audience and are anything more than the basic talking points of "Grrr those darn DEMONcrats am I right?" The appeal is he's not as robotic as the names that I'm going to mention below. Also unlike the people I'll mention below he'll actually talk about issues like demographics and criticize the change and reasons behind it.
There's Steven Crowder who is terrible, and has the comedic sensibilities of an unfunny boomer; he's like nails on a chalkboard after about 5 minutes. Ben "Facts don't care about your feelings" Shapiro and his minions (Knowles, Klavan, Walsh, etc.) all suck, worship Israel (just like Crowder) and see America as nothing more than a place to do business; also they couldn't be genuinely edgy to save their lives. Then there's the types like Lauren Chen (I'm not sure she even streams daily but I'll mention her anyway) who aren't even all that right-wing and she just keeps droning on about the same shit from 2016 like the wage gap and "Feminists: Ugh, so annoying, right?" and serve as a token for right-wingers to feel okay about liking since she hits three check boxes (minority, female and easy enough to look at).
I do say all of this as a fan of Nick to be fair so it's not like I'm without my biases. He does deserve his criticisms for sure though, whether it's from his inability to actually stick to his scheduled time slot (seriously, how hard is it to not show up 30-60 minutes late when you don't have to be there until 8pm EST) when this is his job and he lives at home, or whether it's from his EXTREMELY retarded choices of association like that cringe catboy guy or Baked Alaska of all fucking people. For someone who stresses optics... a catboy streamer and Baked Alaska... really? Are you for real? Also Nick is one cocky motherfucker. It's clear that no one has ever seriously threatened to kick the shit out of him; he seems very sheltered and I get the vibe from him that his mom is the type who'd want him to be there in the house until he's 40. Regarding the catboy question and the gay question with Nick: I don't think Nick is gay, but I do think he might be asexual or something (I sort of doubt it just since it seems unlikely) or never had any sort of knowledge of how to deal with women in a romantic/sexual way (I lean way more towards this idea). I find it hard to believe that with his success and combo of decent enough looks and charisma (and money and even a car - which plenty of guys his age lack especially in this day and age) that he wouldn't have some decent enough looking women who'd go for him. He also has always said that he's mostly a homebody and isn't too sociable so I guess that limits his options, too, especially being an edgy political e-celeb.
