I don't think the left was smart and concentrated on youth. I think the people with money targetted the left, because the left were getting too close after occupy. No, we are seeing corporations being involved in social change, not merely reacting to it. They are doing things they've been wanting to get away with for a long time. They've been continually testing the waters. While the aim of a business is to make money and they do things to serve that aim, I don't believe this is merely a shallow cash grab and I believe it reflects the beliefs of the more activist leaders of corporations who have been wanting to do this shit a long time but were afraid of courting too much controversy and losing money. Not only that but it works because the "youth" are brainless drones. A person whose brain isn't even developed enough to legally consume alcohol is entrusted with deciding who should lead our country. It has nothing to do with the specifics of homosexual marriage or pot or anything else. The left would always target the dumbest most impressionable audience, for the same reason they want to lower the voting age to 16, and eventually 14. They'd be happy with 5 year olds watching cartoons that tell them to vote democrat and then going out and doing so.

I have seen baby formula, make up, hair care products, beer, ect all locked up at different walmarts. Only thing that is consistent is tobacco products and expensive electronics. Everything else depends on the location of the walmart.

That Walmart policy change...I'm curious where they will make up the increased loss of product.

There's zero chance they're going to just eat that cost, so where and how will they make it up.

They will just stop selling the item unintentionally or not.
If the item is stolen and no one bothers to correct the inventory count then a replacement will never get ordered.
And If an item never crosses the register then Wal-Mart's big data AI will eventually think it's a poor seller and will stop carrying it.
