No normal person would save a random tard nog notebook but this is a white lady activist type with turbo white guilt. Her facebook picture has some anti-semitism org overlaid onto it. The content of the writing is also more about the image of what a judge does and not so much the substance of what a judge does, which supports the fact it was written by a young child.

In the picture, it looks like the page has been not so carefully cut out of a notebook, this is another small detail which supports that it was cut out of a marble notebook or similar.

It's impossible to know with certainty or not it's 100% legit but either way it's hilarious this lady is pretty much named Anal Sexton and I take joy in that fact.

Bleach is used as a disinfectant in many parts of the food industry in safe concentrations and protocols. But if the trace left on the product is enough to be detected, those were not safe concentrations and protocols.

Speaking from experience: shake machines are usually cleaned with industrial machine sanitizer. This can contain "chlorine," but not "bleach." The two are often confused because "chlorox" is a brand of "bleach."

Ever get a fountain soda that seems just a bit too sweet and a little off? Yeah. They didn't rinse off the internals well enough after dousing everything in machine sanitizer. It's perfectly food safe (because everybody knows this will happen often), and once you know what it is, you can never un-taste it. It's sweetened so the average consumer won't notice its presence. Hell, some people probably even like it.

Unless that particular Shake Shack is managed by fucking morons (great case for criminal levels of neglect/liability if true), they do not clean their machines with bleach. See also: antivaxers feeding their children small amounts of bleach, and how even that tiny diluted amount causes intestinal sloughing.

That's true but not quite as simple. Look at the Ivy league schools for example. Racial quotas are illegal, well at least for now, however the likes of Yale and Harvard can get around this by 'weighting' their selection criteria to take account of non academic factors when accepting admissions. Yes that disproportionately favors blacks and disfavors Asians but the real reason they do this isn't to help the downtrodden negro, it's rather to allow them to ignore academic criteria when admitting children of past alum and wealthy donors, who mainly happen to come from a certain ethnic tribal grouping, but are luckily classed as 'white' when admitted so no one can spot the bias. The reason Harvard freaked the fuck out when those Asian kids sued them for discrimination wasn't because they were worried about it getting out they were letting in 100 IQ blacks (most of whom drop out) but that they were favoring 115 IQ Ashkenazi over 140 IQ whites and east Asians. This wouldn't matter if these schools weren't credential mills for the elites. You wonder why we have so many dumb as fuck Jews in top positions? Shit like this is why.

It's a claim of collective guilt made in the face of inequality of outcome. Since equality of outcome is a ridiculous thing to complain about, and since guilt can't be collective, you should be skeptical.

Such claims are intentionally vague so the listener/believer can fill in the meaning. It has no real meaning.

More than that, it's the default answer after you factor in the "victims are Gods" thing society is doing right now.

Let's run through the logic.

Assertion 1 is that black people, on average, have worse lives than everyone else. This is obviously true. It can be casually observed, proven with statistics, and it's such a steadfast rule regardless of population size it's practically a tautology.

Assertion 2 is that if you're part of a victim class, you can do absolutely anything in the world, no matter how illegal, how vile, how destructive, and it isn't your fault. You are infallible. You are something better than human, and for a mere human to question your magnificence is blasphemy.

Assertion 2 is where we run into trouble. It makes it so the only possible way to explain assertion 1 is outside forces, but not just any outside forces. They have to be non-victim forces. In modern society, that basically just leaves white people. Everyone else has been elevated.

Thing is, there's almost no evidence of white racism being a major, or even noticeable, issue today. There are two or three extremely flawed studies that show whitey being the devil society needs them to be, but it's not enough.

Thus, the only place left to go is "invisible, unprovable force you can't see or measure in any way, but trust me it's there". The lunacy of their conclusion is a direct result of the lunacy of victim culture.
