This thing is glowy as shit. An Airforce Sergeant, drives to Oakland just to kill cops according to the FBI. Not Blacks, not BLM, not Antifa, Cops.
And leaves his bullet proof vest with a boogaloo patch on it inside his car.

This is your brain on mainstream media. Life is complicated and nuanced.

Being a good Christian and praying for those suffering and in pain represents Vice President Pence "ready to throw his base under at any time"... right. None of what he said in that tweet is wrong; was he supposed to call them niggers and pray for God and Jesus to tag team those left behind with lightning bolts and locusts? What exactly is your problem with this tweet?

Being willing to listen to public health professionals and open up needle clinics in order to stop the rampant spread of AIDS in his state was Vice President Pence being a good governor. Despite stating a policy decision (no needle exchanges), the health community advised him to go against his position. And after thought and prayer, that is exactly what he did. And he stopped a terrible disease from running wild. I would expect any good leader to do the same because the job is about more than just those that voted for you. If there is sin to bear in making such a decision, that is for God to decide and Mike Pence will be judged for it in due time. But I think he'll still be allowed in.
We're so used to seeing this kind of language being code for "Fuck whitey!" that we react the same way when it's meant earnestly.

The battle begins in the gamer world.

Identity politics exists precisely to avoid these conversations.

I saw that too, but luckily the replies were all calling him petty and telling him to fuck off, and they had more likes than the original Tweet. A ton of cucks and soyboys were making weak replies with "Yikes, lots of Nazis and Russian bots in these comments!"

"You were silent, and that makes you the enemy. Because if you were on my side, you would be screaming it at the top of your lungs."

The entitlement of these people makes me want to scream.

Target is now naming Juneteenth a company holiday complete with time and a half being paid to hourly employees who work that day.

Commie activists are whining that taking care of hundreds of addicts and vagrants is too hard and want the city to rehome everyone by Friday.

I gave the paper a quick read, and one thing that jumped out at me was that they make a big deal out of the fact that black defendants are more likely to be charged with offenses that carry mandatory minimums given the same arrest data. There are a couple non-racist explanations for that which they don't really address. The most obvious is that it's possible that the arrest data isn't granular enough, and black defendants are more likely to commit offenses at the higher end of the spectrum than white defendants, resulting in the DA assessing a more serious charge. The second they point out themselves by stating that "the initial charge is usually the final charge, in part because Department of Justice policy discourages subsequent 'charge bargaining.'" If the DA can't charge bargain, they have to predict in advance what sort of plea bargain the defendant would be willing to take, which means taking into account their quality of legal representation, financial resources, and ability to get bail pending trial.

Say you have an indigent black defendant with a public defender and a rich white defendant with a high-powered legal team, and you want to keep your win rate up, who are you going to avoid charging with an offense carrying a mandatory minimum? They specifically don't account for type of counsel due to lack of data.

It reminds me of the wage gap controversy, with that "70 cents on the dollar" talking point that was total BS. Account for education, experience, overtime, etc. and it turns into a <5% difference that's likely explained by men being more willing to deal with long commutes and shitty bosses for a few extra bucks. As the number of variables taken into account increases, the amount it's possible to attribute to discrimination approaches zero, just like with sentencing disparities.
Even if we make the generous assumption that there are no procedural or interpretive shortcomings or alternatives in the article, the argument this gives is only as far as "your white criminal population is sentenced less than my black criminal population when it comes to crimes that are similar". I mean who the fuck cares to make that argument or base a political party on that? The simple solution is don't do crime in the first place, and you won't have the disparity.

That isn't a morally hygienic claim... I wouldn't make it and no one should, but I'm saying that's as far as this paper can take you, given that it is perfect.

These people are actively creating these scenarios with their identity politics. Quite a bit of Twitter is genuinely racist against white people and some of those users would have no problem ruining someone’s life if they’re white. Of course, if you call them out on their own racism, you’re blocked or banned.

Just some insight to the amount of spin out there.

CBS did an interview with Barr that claimed the protesters were peaceful. Barr fired back the Police told him it was "the worst Violence they'd seen in 30 years". The CBS Reporter says she didn't see anyone throwing projectiles. Barr says, "I was there, I saw them throwing projectiles." She then asked why the peaceful protesters were teargassed. Barr said they used teargas one night in order to move the protesters so the Fire Department could put out the Church fire they lit.

The video here fully backs Barr up, funny how you don't see them in the MSM?

I guess the idea the MSM is basically the CIA's mouthpiece is pretty plausible now.
