The 2013 Seahawks were stacked. A historically good team. Most of their defensive backups (and a few 3rd stringers) were good enough to start on any other team in the NFL. Pretty much all of the major NFL sportswriters dubbed them favorites to win the SB in preseason.
That this guy didn't jump on the bandwagon until the playoffs means he's a dumbass who doesn't pay attention.

Not if there are more riots and looting and arson. No one who sees that going on thinks abolition is sane. I actually have more sympathy for cops than I did before these riots. Protests bring sympathy. Violence does not. It might work as domestic terrorism (as we see corporations and others rush to support it out of fear of being cancelled), but you don't win allies by threats. Because you'll have to use that violence to maintain support. The moment you stop, the moment the support dries up.
Surely this is some gay op trying to scare Trump supporters from going to the rallies. Either that or they are getting ready to do a big covid 19 shutdown part 2 and are setting up these rallies (rather than the protests) as the reason for why it happens. At this point though I kind of hope covid wipes everybody out before stupidity has a chance to.

Not all teachers are crazy, but when the teachers are leftist, they tend to be batshit. Had a teacher buy me a winter coat/boots/haircuts when I was in elementary school because I couldn't afford them. On the other hand, having your history teacher in high school shill how bad blacks have it and how NOBODY ELSE SUFFERS LIKE THEY DO, is pretty much the norm now.

Good point! I had a similar experience with a teacher. I've also had some real psychos. The ones that want to be a older cool friend to the students are the worst. If I were a teacher I would intentionally mispronounce students' names and double down every time they complained.

My public school history teacher (complete with prius and autographed Obama picture on the wall) gave me whiplash senior year. One week we were learning cyrillic and some Russian landmarks, next week he assigned everyone a "famous" muslim to give a presentation on. All of them were terrorists.
We also had a whole unit on why Seven Samurai is one of the greatest movies of all time.

Because it's a self-selecting pool of crazy. Many teachers love having control over dozens/hundreds of kids. Though they complain nonstop about pay, they also get tons of time off and often receive good to excellent benefits among other perks.

I have to say while that's an incredibly kind gesture, it also bums me out and seems inappropriate. That should have been the role of extended family, churches, or real charities, not a single teacher. Honestly too many teachers now act/think like they're surrogate parents for their students, and it's a dangerous path, especially for the huwhite saviors in inner-city or other poor Title 1 schools.

Reminder that Reagan fucked California with its gun laws and Trump by comparison has beat him and the other neocons on the 2A issue. And, yeah, the teacher shouldn't have had to do that. She was a very kind lady and she'd tie-dye clothes for the students. Always looked out for me and made sure I had food and had someone to talk to.
