The Democrats are much farther left than they ever have been and so are the Republicans, especially socially (law and order suddenly means the First Step Act, bail reform, Kim Kardashian getting to pardon multiple rapists, and felons voting). Bernie losing again means nothing.

The Democrats are incompetent so I don't really expect much from them but the Republicans doing all that is really worrying. A Tucker Carlson type Republican needs to step up to stem this.

The ATF is also offering $70,000 in rewards for the more than 150 fires across the Twin Cities. At least some of the photos of people the ATF is seeking appear to be from Unicorn Riot and/or Regg’s stream. I still need to clip up Unicorn Riot’s streams to put on streamable...

As funny as it is that Floyd turned out to be a drug addicted piece of shit by all accounts, I have been presented no evidence there was a reason to spend ~8 minutes using a knee to choke him out when he was already cuffed and otherwise immobilized by 2 other officers, even if he was in the process of ODing.

Continuing to keep that knee on his neck when informed by other officers there's no pulse, that's "depraved mind".

Police can't call time of death, so until an EMT arrives, police are told to hold course. You don't uncuff a dead man, and you don't end your pin.
And a neck pin isn't a choke hold. There are no major arteries or veins on the back side of a person's neck, and no airway to obstruct. The guy on his back might have made it harder for him to breathe, but a neck pin can not choke someone to death. It never has and it never will in the nearly 10 years that it has been a standard control technique for someone who is having a drug-induced episode of delirium.

I’m also sure there might be some Democrats voting Republican this year because of how idiotic and destructive the party has been these last few weeks. It’s happened before with Republicans voting Democrat due to annoyance with their party, I see the opposite to be possible as well. The DNC made the mistake of catering to the woke left and it’s probably alienated the moderate left (though, some progressives practically see moderate Democrats as Republicans at this point).

I kind of agree with him insofar that they might hate what's going on and not want it to continue, I don't think they'll do anything about it. Just like 2016, people voted, got their guy in and... I don't know, has much happened? I think when stuff dies down these people (for the most part, ESPECIALLY the older ones) who are pissed about these riots will be relieved and it'll be business as usual for them. Go through the profiles of the various heads of departments in the American Government, most of them have been there, 10,.20...30 years. George W Bush was President, his father was President, before that, he was head of the CIA, a government building is named after him. You are looking at the people who have spent their whole lives inside the Government, followed their mindset, their culture, versus a President that never spent a day as part of the Government.
