I’ll take people like Lincoln any day over any woke Twitter user. Lincoln actually bothered learning about laws and tried to hold the United States together at probably one of the most stressful times in the country’s history. It could be argued that some of Lincoln’s actions during the Civil War could be considered questionable, but to say that he wasn’t even that good is preposterous.

yup

lol..sure I will. Who the fuck gets aids these days if your not a nig, junkie or a fag? Categories I don't fall into. Besides, if you saw the quality of pussy I get I'd be your new hero. You put a fucking pic of me as your phones wallpaper just to be inspired each time you looked at it.

They're also supporting segregation, saw a few tweets with people wanting the whites to leave CHAZ for black people to heal or something.
Isn’t Seattle mostly white? Unless they have out of town people coming in, I can’t see Seattle having enough non-white people to make this work. Also, anyone that needs to be out of the presence of a certain race for “healing” is peak fragility.

Something something white privilege/white fragility/it's only whites commiting crimes. They're under the impression CHAZ will be Wakanda if the whites leave.

If I lived in Seattle I would probably also hate white people.

As for how Minneapolis is doing post riot, here's a great unrolled Twitter thread/photo gallery showing the damage several days after the world moved on. It's got photos of all the big places torched including the remains of Uncle Hugo's Bookstore:

Worth noting is that the gentrified hipster bars that were likely antifa hangouts as well were not torched.
Ray Bradbury must be rolling in his grave. He's always been one of my literary heroes and helped me recognize the value in preserving our works of literature. Wish America today was more like the sunny, quasi-mystical Americana he wrote about in Dandelion Wine.

“Do you know why books such as this are so important? Because they have quality. And what does the word quality mean? To me it means texture. This book has pores. It has features. This book can go under the microscope. You’d find life under the glass, streaming past in infinite profusion. The more pores, the more truthfully recorded details of life per square inch you can get on a sheet of paper, the more ‘literary’ you are. That’s my definition anyway. Telling detail. Fresh detail. The good writers touch life often. The mediocre ones run a quick hand over her. The bad ones rape her and leave her for the flies. So now you see why books are hated and feared? They show the pores in the face of life.”
― Ray Bradbury, Fahrenheit 451

This is an "opinion" piece hastily put up by Washington Post a week ago., in regards to or rather, dispute of Tucker Carlson's coverage of the riots.

This is just too much :story:

He's GASLIGHTING VIEWERS! OMG!
For those who don't care to watch : This is an amazing propaganda piece by WP, as usual, that aims to claim that the "right" as they put it, are doing all the things they are actually doing. It's quite something. It's an excellent study in the scramble of these outlets to nekobaba reality and make you accept only their reality.
This is how a "respected" outlet covers news. Just abysmal.
