U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

I just want to point out, Detroit, Fucking Detroit has been having no real issues with any protests, What the fuck.
You can thank Detroit's first White DINO mayor in something like 40 years for that. The second shit started popping off around he put a curfew in place. Didn't need to bring in the NG. It also helps that he seems to be the most well liked Mayor in Detroit's history and has been working hard to pull it out of the gutter. They protest, but they are not smashing shit up and setting things on fire.
In addition to Mayor Duggan working hard to improve the city as best he can, Police Chief Craig has worked hard at improving community relations. Shortly after the curfew was established, he was willing to tell the peaceful protestors one night that they could continue/finish their protests after curfew so long as they remained peaceful.

Also, many of the local activists that have been long-term lobbyists for changes to DPD came out condemning the outsiders that came solely to agitate or otherwise be violent. Surprisingly after the first few nights of arrests, the agitators seem to have taken the hint they're neither wanted nor welcome in Detroit and have largely stayed away. Even despite many of the activists' anti-white rhetoric, they seem to get that violent protests and destruction won't help their cause and would cost them a significant chunk of their support.

About the only concern is a rise of COVID-19 given the number of protestors not wearing masks, not social distancing, or both -- especially because Detroit's African-American population has been hit harder with COVID-19 than the rest of the state.

I was just trying to join in the fun posting from twatter, but it seems like a good idea for me to listen a bit more, no matter how much ya'lls inspiring posts make me want to participate as well.
Just remember things aren't always what they seem on the internet, avatars included, and you'll be fine.

As much as the blue flu is unsurprising and understandable, I feel for those Atlanta residents that may truly need police assistance and be unable to get it -- especially in a serious situation. :heart-empty:

Unfortunately this might be the literal only way they can learn police are necessary, because God knows facts aren't convincing them.

Yeah make a job that's insanely dangerous also insanely undesirable (and exponentially more dangerous) with your misinformed dumbass protest then think they can fire 80+% of the cities police officers and get replacements overnight, someone call Mensa this troglodyte is off the charts

Sorry this entire situation is making me MATI 😥

God Bless King of the Hill.
Vickers is the typical leftist.

So is she admitting she's privileged enough to never experience witnessing or being a victim of crime and needing help, therefore we don't need the police? Damn I wish I was her.

So they're in Zone 5.

Here's the Zone 5 PD and fire scanner. It is silence.

I guess CNN got what they wanted.

The Wendy's that got burned down at 125 University Avenue Atlanta, GA 30315 is in Zone 3.

Pretty sure that's the same office that got nearly raided a while ago but was saved by a wall of cops. The joggers should give it another try.
