technically, the science part of it only proves that male hormones are superficially masculinizing, and female hormones are superficially feminizing, and that patient self-reported satisfaction increases with interventions like HRT and SRS. Self reported satisfaction isn't as important as something like suicide risk, which either stays the same or goes up upon medical transition.

wrt biological sex, science obviously only knows of two possible roles in sexual reproduction. that's the issue troons like zach dispute, and it is difficult to think of a more fundamentally incorrect claim about biology. Perhaps only creationism could be worse.
