Mainstream republicans have been yelling at the clouds about how there's no one in government or politics that represents them and is a strong leader, but I don't see those people at lower levels, running PMCs, or heading NGOs doing that shit either. So where are the leaders?
Things are different, I don't dispute, but I take issue with the idea that it's all over with america is dead rev up the signapore passports everyone. The coof, overreliance on social media, and the coming of age of generations raised primarily by pop culture and the internet have coincided with the trickle-down of the late-60s morons nesting themselves into academia. It's a big change and a big overcorrection to the point of absurdity.
Yet unless they somehow manage to establish an autocratic state that disbands the regular function of American government (not necessarily our current politicians, who are perhaps some of the worst in the history of the country on both sides of the aisle), I don't see how this doesn't just lead to the pendulum swinging back. No, it's not swinging back to america having a bunch of industrious white people being revitalized - but to an overall cooling on this shit necessitated by the economic largess which enabled the coddled political class to go mostly unnoticed.
If most people disagree with you, you aren't going to get ahead in anything democratic. If the problem is that communication is bottlenecked through a handful of outlets, then the logical first step of your argument should be that you need to convince people to abandon those outlets wholesale. Rather than going WHITE PEOPLE MATTER TOO, you might want to go "boy, isn't social media crazy and exhausting?" to first get people off of those networks so you can then over a beer go "man, you know, I'm really getting grilled for the color of my skin here"
if you can't get people to give up the conveniences of the mass media and of social media, then they're getting the country they want and your concern should be on establishing your own microstate innawoods
