Yes, but compare her to Anna/GlitterandLazers who also has a thread. Anna is distinctively pear shaped, meaning she stores most of the body fat in her thighs making her look like a pear. Tess Holliday on the other hand is more apple shaped with a huge gunt and fat arms.
That being said, the fat has to go somewhere eventually. But it went to her stomach and arms first. Also, I wonder how much of the shelf ass is created by sitting all the time like that one woman on MSHPL.

Yes that's true. DeathbyJen/LiesbyJen is mid forties, so I'm not sure how much longer she has. But Chantal seems to be fading fast health wise.

I have not followed Jen in forever but she is medically compliant i presume? If the answer is yes, that explains why she is still alive as modern medicine extends the lifespan of most super morbidly obese. Chantal is non-compliant, in denial and procrastinates too much about her health. Just look how long it took her to finally make the decision to deal with her cysts. She only deals with things when she gets a health scare and ends up at the ER.
This is still my favorite gif. It reminds me of a father standing by safeguarding his child who is riding on a merry-go-round. Only it is a trainer having to spot a morbidly obese adult child simply trying to walk.

Mmm... I wouldn't say Jen is super compliant. I mean, she's been on a doctor's orders to lose weight for cancer surgery for nearly a decade. But she does seem more... robust, I guess, than Chantal. Personally, my read on her was always that she was more mentally deranged, manipulative, malingering, Munchausen-y, etc., than actually physically ill (I mean, other than the obesity and alleged cancer). Compare that to more substantiated claims from Chantal about clots, surgeries, gallbladder issues, festering wounds, etc., and Jen doesn't really seem that bad off. Not to imply that she's in anything close to good shape physically, but I think Chantal's in much, much worse shape and Jen will likely outlive her.
