There's holding your nose and voting for the lesser of 2 evils and then there's Nikki Haley. Why would I vote for someone who I think would be more culturally damaging and more of a globalist just because someone else wanted to set up more social programs, which I may not really like but aren't even close to a priority for me? At least Republicans can feign resistance when a Democrat is president.

It's sort of a moot point anyway since the obvious choices for the next GOP presidential candidate are Ted Cruz, Ron DeSantis, and Tom Cotton

That's a part that bothers me. I was so horrified and angered by this and hold the same reasons for feeling that grief and fury now too. I know I'm morally consistent, but I have to watch my friends throw aside stances they took before as soon as they felt it served them. Watching the left go on its witch hunt after we spent so long putting down the religiously focused ones, I thought that we were going to realize that witch hunts were bad and people had the right to their own opinions and interests as long as they aren't physically harming anyone, but no. They all think fair treatment is a thing only they deserve.

It’s so true. Nobody I know paid any attention to Tucker even a few weeks ago. They didn’t care because he wasn’t directly attacking their true intentions. Now that he is, they’re going REEEEEEEEEEEEE. They’ll forget about him in a few weeks or months.
