So in all this gameplay footage I've seen Abby kill like 50+ infected by beating them to death with her bare hands. After the second stage where fungus started developing they were dangerous to even get near

I didn't read a lot of the hype leading up to this so sorry if this is dumb, but did Fuckman ever actually imply Abby was trans in the first place, or did the Tumblr crowd just make assumptions and he didn't bother to correct them?

Been watching Jacksepticeye's playthrough. I can get through each 2 hour video in 30 mins or less if i skim over the walking simulator parts (i.e. most of it). Dear God this game is fucking boring.

Most people who enjoyed the first game would have avoided the leaks like the plague. It's gonna sell well based off of the success of the first one. Long term sales wise it may do worse than the first one but initial bulk wise it's gonna be up there. If there is a third one then we might see how much this one killed the series, but even then people will probably still buy it hoping that series can be redeemed.

It's a game with an eight year development cycle and a price tag of 150 million dollars. Factoring in marketing and promotion it's gong to need over 300 million in sales to break even and that is absolutely not going to happen.

I want this game to fail as much as the next guy. But theres no way this game doesn't break 5 million sales.

5 million sales is like $50m dude, they only get a fraction of the $60 price tag, they were really banking on this selling 20m units, it'll probably sell well over 10m and fanboys will scream that it's a huge success but there's no way a future game would do as well and internally sony wont be happy with the numbers.

Nobody is going to get a big satisfying drama win over this, fanboys will continue to say it sold well for decades. There are still people who say Resident Evil 6 is the best in the series and dont get why drastic changes were made when it sold so well.
