Well you could say the evidence supports you. The problem is the evidence is 60 years of policies that kept Blacks largely poor, destroyed their family unit, and pushed media and cultural values that not only disincentivised Blacks from participating in American society, but to create a parallel society that was seperate. Complete with their own establishment supported celebrity representatives that told them "fuck da police" "uncle tom!" "don't play by their rules!"

The establishment created this, they want this.

Don't know. I assumed it was a jam or misfire, and it got ejected unfired when the guy cleared it during the gun fight. All I saw was that Reg picked it up in the vicinity of where that group was walking. He kept it as a souvenir, along with a shell casing from the scene.
