He was offered a plea in abeyance. As long as the defendant follows the conditions spelled out in the abeyance contract, the court won't issue a judgement of conviction and the case will be dismissed once the conditions of the abeyance have been fulfilled. There will still be record of the arrest and the charges but there won't be a conviction on his record.
He's likely to violate the contract. He has a habit of not letting by-gone's be by-gone's.

So, any betting types want to start a pool on how soon he violates his no-contact order with Erika?
Maximum 7 months. He will send her a long rambling email about how she discriminated against him, and hurt him deeply, but that he forgives her because he's living his best life, and he wishes her luck and hopes she gets away from That Abusive Dingus Chad.

He's unable to let this kind of thing go. The best thing for Erika would be if he violated his order in a timely manner and went to prison, and she was granted a permanent RO. I say this because if he doesn't fuck up within the next 7 months by some dark miracle, at 12 months and 1 day she's going to get a inbox full of Onision level narc rage.

What screen cap? I'd think a Prison director is out if his age range.

Executive Director at a prison of some nonprofit apparently (not of a prison). It's in the very link you just posted, and it was in the screen shot Russ tweeted last page.

For completeness.

I had it in my mind he was done talking to her by the time Erika posted here. Guess not. I wonder how long it really went on? Having Chad tell him to fuck off clearly didn’t make an impression. Only thing that does is the courts, Yet he takes it individually, so he may just keep trying to find another girl, at least until his year is up. Russ never forgets so I hope she doesn’t feel too safe.

How does a person manage to get their hair like that??? As a person with curly hair, I know just using gel does nothing but make it pop up weirdly and it doesn’t look that greasy. He doesn’t even look like he used gel-do they still make brylcreem? He’d need a blow dryer to style it if he wants it straight but I’m sure that’s too modern.

Good for Erika for standing her ground. I hope she’s changing her number and locking down her social so when the year is up, Russ can’t find her.

This won’t be a deterrent for Russ. He may not contact Erika again but he’ll certainly go overboard with every female who makes the mistake of talking to him.

Many thanks to those who let us see.

Christ, but his hair is a fuckin shitshow. I think he tried to put product in it, in the most mongoloid way possible.

Why spend your precious fuck bucks on hair products when you can just use your forehead grease for free?

Daily Mail needs to do a followup article since they published a story about his first Taylor Swift suit. Russell always complains about the news never picking up his "plights", and it would be so satisfying if a huge paper like that instead picked up his criminal woes.

Eh, not really a big enough story for The Mail.

Maybe if Russ' next Swift lolsuit gets anywhere...

Also, imagine being Russ. You just got smacked around by the justice system for being a creepy little pervert who no woman wants and you were so thirsty you got a criminal charge and not the girl. Now, after that, and knowing it was viewed by the many fine folks at the Farms who would undoubtedly be highly amused at the spectacle, you just sit there with your slackjawed expressionless face while these guys who have professional and successful legal careers are shooting the shit about tech and having humourous and collegian banter amongst men. Men who will later go home to their kids and then bang their wives before starting another day on the job in the morning. All things Russell will never ever get the pleasure of having. Imagine how that would make you feel inside? About as important as a fucking gnat. You think Russ felt like that? I sure hope so!

If it was anyone else, it'd be a sad fucking tale, but when its Russell Greer, convicted criminal, its all the more reason to laugh your asses off!

Also, it's worth mentioning that before he started going psycho on Erika, she actually wanted to be his friend and hang out with him. An actual nice person was interested in his life story and wanted to get coffee with him. That's the closest he ever got, by a fucking lightyear. And this person wasn't someone out of Mormon community, who was just being nice to a retard, no he almost made a new friend. But of course he wouldn't be Russel Gree without screwing it up and almost ended up being a criminal over it.

No, he actually is a criminal now. A convicted one. A no contest plea, just like a guilty plea, leads to a criminal conviction. All it gets him is he can claim he never admitted he's guilty of the crime he's convicted of, and it can't be used as evidence against him in a civil case if Erika (or anyone else) ultimately sues him.

Looking over the clips and gifs, one of the things I noticed that points to it being rage rather than just fear or tardshakes, is that Russ is grinding his teeth. It's a blink and you'll miss it kind of thing but it's there. He's grinding his teeth.
No doubt that's what it was, all a part of his rage at how powerless he was in the situation. You just know he wanted to scream about how this is all discrimination and she just doesn't like nice guys. We learned from people who used to know him that he would ball his fists up whenever he got told no, and I bet he was doing that under the table. Seeing that expression of pure rage on his face brought me so much joy. There's no greater punishment for a narcissist than powerlessness.

I don't know if there are any legal eagles out there but, if he were to plea "not guilty" and went to trial where the judge ruled in favor for the plaintiff, would his sentencing have been any different?

I ask simply because i think his lawyer was like "with the evidence that we can gather, there's no way you're getting out of this without being punished" and Russ begrudgingly went with whatever the lawyer his parents hired recommended.

There isn't a plaintiff in a criminal case. If he pled not guilty and got convicted and then sentenced, he wouldn't have the benefit of a plea bargain though so he'd probably go to jail. Also the fact of his guilt could be used as evidence in a civil case.

Dude, plea in abeyance. If he’s a gud boi he gets no judgement entered. Case dismissed.

He can't legally contact her but he won't stop stalking her. Not now.

How long until he tries to sue her for this?
I think he'll still follow her online so when the charges are dropped, he can waste no time harassing her again.

Question: Let's say he does try to sue her, would serving her with the suit count as contacting her?
