Sorta. With me, when he spammed articles after articles about me for his drunken GG antics, I had not even fired a shot but Ralph made sure to use my dox and info he had as friends to contact my employer and attempt to get me fired as well as contact my college to report me as a dangerous individual. That led to my Dean making me have to finish my semester with a security officer taking me to and from class because all of my Professors said I was fine. He also used his articles.to contact family members and claim he was a "journalist" to them with "credentials" to spook them while claiming insane things. I had to mail him a C&D to his moms house to get him to stop.

It was really really autistic and annoying.

TLDR; Ralph is a very petty angry and spiteful person who wants to have people suffer like the sociopath he is. You just make it easier for him to do so if you barely slight him from my experience.

Thats the cycle of ralph though. When he finally gets his act together and stays sober long enough to get people on to make his show intresting he has to squander it by being a vindictive and petty little man. Absolutely, it's just strange behaviour for someone in their 30s... I'm aware of the board's consensus on Dick, but I do think Ralph could take some lessons from him on how to comport himself - how not to burn every relationship he has in a flash of anger or spite, how to let things go.
Really, a lot of this would get better if he treated his alcoholism.
