It is sometimes hard to tell if they are obese. Fat often turns people into genderless blobs. Most of the time, it is pretty easy to figure out if they are a troon. The only times I've been surprised have been extremely ugly FtM troons who already have kind of masculine features. Ugly woman or ugly manlet? That can be a harder call sometimes. But 99.9% of the time, Kevvie will be clocked as a man. Maybe 50% of the time, people will be polite and call him "ma'am", but virtually none of those people actually think that Kev is 100% pure cis womanhood on display.

I did remember reading in the post op care (that someone linked earlier in the thread) that you need to have the curved portion point away from the rectum area. Had to do with getting past the pubic bone. So maybe that is what he is talking about. But a quarter of an inch gain is a very small amount. I think Kev needs to accept that his neo-vag is as good as it's going to get. If he hasn't been able to work up to the full size of the dilator by now, it is never going to happen.
