Logically I know the kids are better off without a home that includes Zach in it, but I'm still hoping for the Hollywood ending where Heather makes a full recovery -- including the parts of her brain that have been dead for the last 10 years -- and leaves Zach in the dust.
It won't happen. Think from Heather's perpective: Zach was the one who discovered her unconscious in the bathroom (indeed we should thank God for Zach being a layabout; had he been at work or school Heather might have been no more). He was her lifesaver, and as such Heather will become even more attached to him. Yes, money will be a problem and Zach will be urged to pull his weight, but Heather will find it harder to remove him.

I completely expect Zach to leave Heather if she lives. The only reason Zach has stayed is because Heather provides him with shelter, food and dildo money. That gravy train just ended. It won’t be immediate because Zach doesn’t have anything to fall back on, he suffer for a few months to a year as they’re forced into a smaller apartment and he has to rehab Heather. Maybe he’ll even be forced to get a license and a job. But as soon as he can say he tried and he has somewhere to stay (at that point, he’ll be ok with moving in with his own Phil to escape), he’ll be out the door.
Zach does not love Heather. He barely tolerates her. This is a strain on a healthy relationship, let alone the unholy parasitic relationship they have.

You guys are all being far too generous towards Heather, who spent (maybe the last) years of her life being a paypig incel slave to one of the most toxic and creepy goblins on Earth at the cost of not just her health but the well-being of her children. Remember this woman is barely 30 years old and she's been his supplicant for nearly a decade. She's dedicated almost a third of her life to him, and it took such a toll on her that she got the looks and health of a dumpy cat lady in her 50s. She's so incorrigible that not even a near death experience like this is going to give her an epiphany.

For the record Heather is 38, not 30.

He’s never going to have it better than he did with Heather. He’s never going to find someone else who’ll let him lounge around while they work themselves into the ground and he fucks other people, and he’s too old and physically unappealing to get a sugar daddy.

As I said before, I don't wish pain or death on Heather, but I don't feel sorry for her either. She enabled Zach's parasitism for years at the expense of her children. Any sane person would not let some creepy troon (that cheated on them on their wedding day, no less!) sit around all day shoving pricey dildos up their ass and broadcast it online, as well as let another troon move in to cuck them right in front of their face.

I have no illusions that if she survives this, that Heather is suddenly going to have a much needed epiphany and show Zach the door. No, my only pity goes to the kids. None of what Heather or Zach do is their fault, and they never asked for this. They have suffered enough, and they don't need a dead mother on top of that.

One way or another, Zach's not going to stick around. Zach would rather fuck a woman than get a job, so there's no way he's going to pick up Heather's slack on the work or child care front while she recovers. Two blood clots means there is a high risk of brain damage, resulting in Heather having reduced cognition or movement. I predict that Zach will stick around for a bit, partly because he has no options right now and partly to see where the wind blows for him. If Heather's mom takes the kids or moves in, he'll pretend to give a fuck about them so that she'll let Zach continue to leech. If that doesn't happen, then Zach is truly fucked. Say hi to skid row, you son of a clown fucker!

Out of the latest operation. I don't really understand how this one went better since it appears both were successful. It doesn't matter how good they go anyways since it seems the bleeding isn't stopping and the cause is still a mystery.

The instant there's no chance of her being a paypig for him any more he's gone. If he can weasel some money out of being a "caretaker" for her (while not actually doing anything to take care of her) he will though.

LOL. Zach would only change her bedding or move her around once the bedsores get out of hand, and check on her once a day. Can't let Heather cut into Zach's valuable dildo time!

If they have to keep doing these procedures, it's gonna be Death By A Thousand Cuts. How many consecutive invasive surgeries can a body handle in three-ish days?

Incidentally, Heather's condition doesn't sound like sinus thrombosis or whatever tentative diagnosis the neurosurgeon gave initially. In fact, I've never heard of numerous clots just reappearing overnight. I'm beginning to wonder if it really IS a COVID-19 complication because I've never heard of anything like this before.

I think the procedure(s) they're doing on Heather is a thrombectomy.

Read Heather's twitter bio. That novel thing might not be an option, aphasia can effect speaking and also writing.

Brain damage is almost certainly a guarantee now, isn't it. 😔

Good luck & godspeed, Zin.

I know all people are different, but Zach not knowing how to deal with these types of situations at his age is telling not that he's a manchild, but of how unattached from people he is. At 30, most people have already been in a situation with someone close to you has either died or become very sick (grandparents die, parents start to become sick due to age, etc). By that age, more people are mature enough to at least try to deal with it too.

Zach has never being in a position of being an independent person with someone he has to take care of. He's like a fifteen years old kid who's realising he's gonna lose a parent. You try to be mature and say "I'll be ok, I'm not a kid" while also realising your childhood is over. Except Zach's not a child.

COVID has been proven to leave sequels in the body even after you recovered. If they all had covid already (which is very likely), then it's probably that Heather's suffering those. I know so far the sequels are related to the lungs, but nobody really knows with this new disease.

The nasty little faggot could have applied for disability at any time in the last decade, but he was too lazy to even fake mental illness like his fellow bottom-feeding troons. Too late now, Zack. They were handing out tugboats like candy a decade ago, but it's much more difficult now that troons are a dime a dozen.
