When someone has been a junkie for as long as Rich is, their only criteria for a new "love interest" is, "will this interfere with my drug use?" If the answer is no, they will proceed. Lowtax's approach to this, like his approach to everything, has been characteristically short-sighted. What we're seeing now is what happens when you let your addiction and your pecker call the shots.

Not trying to powerlevel too much here, but in most states whenever there is a DV situation, ONE of the two people involved must leave the home for the night assuming no arrest was made. Another factor is whether or not the baby was present. If she was, an abuse report was 100% made by the responding agency. Don't bother to go looking, you won't find it as it's confidential as fuck, but a situation like that has a response time (abuse reports are given a response time commensurate to their urgency, usually it's SEND SOMEONE RIGHT NOW in a case like this, or respond within 24 hours because we have a report from little Timmy's teacher that he looks awfully skinny and constantly comes to school wearing dirty clothes).

Given Sloane's age and that it's a DV situation, and both parties were heavily intoxicated (let's be real, we all know they were) leaving no one "responsible", she would've been taken by the investigator to Ashli, and a court hearing would be set to take place within 24 hours (today, in other words and it's worth trying to look it up, although it would be in the Juvenile Division so depending on the state it may be restricted.)

    • Bogan doesn't directly allude to being hit at Lakewood Bar and Grill. She only focuses on the man that hit her.
    • If Bogan got assulted by some random dude at Lakewood Bar, she would have milked way more for Narcissistic sympathy ass pats on social media.
    • If Bogan got hit by a stranger, why does she mention sleeping in a hotel and tenant rights?
    • @BiBearFan looked up Lakewood Bar and Grill and discovered they were closed due to an employee testing positive for COVID. This definitely proves Bogan was not assaulted at Lakewood Bar and Grill.
  • @Rebel Wilson posted the below information regarding an assault that took place on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 7:20 PM. While the last 2 digits of the address are blocked, it confirms that a domestic violence assault happened on the same street where Lowtax lives. The odds that a separate domestic violence assault happening on the same evening as Bogan's post has to be as close to 0% as you can get.
  • Based on the timing of @BiBearFan's post, I estimate Bogan made her assault FB post around 10pm CST. If the assault happened around 7:20 PM, it would be reasonable that it took a couple of hours to deal with the cops, gather some of her belongings, and go to a hotel.

I highly doubt the toddler has been at the house much. Maybe some weekend visits. Caring for a toddler would not fit in well with the Bogan Lowtax lifestyle. Bogan even being in the home is probably a no-go for visits.

I think Lakewood Local was just tagged due to being the closest business to the place she was at - the Lowtax McManse. FB used to always try to unhelpful place me at a business location near my house when I posted years ago.

The FB screed, the dates, the 55 plus the street name given on that report leave zero doubt the cops had to come to get another DV issue at Lowtax’s house. I just think Lowtax called to have her removed, at which point she decided it was time to accuse him of given the old backhand treatment. No way was she going to accept being told to gtfo of his home or life or website.

I’m betting he called to have Bogan removed from his house, maybe for hitting him. He did this with Ashlii remember, he called the cops claiming she slapped him.

Lowtax has a history of asking the cops to deal with bothersome women. I wonder if he’s called in Mom too? Sucks Bogan isn‘t here on a visa.

When the cops showed Bogan started claiming abuse (or decided to just do it later on FB) to give her leverage. It would explain why she was removed and at the hotel, and Lowtax wasn’t taken in. It also explains her threat about tenants rights.

It is very plausible that they broke up, and she refused to leave. They got into a huge argument and pushing happened. This happened before, and history repeats itself. I can see Lowtax calling the cops to deal with her, and she wanting to stay at the house because she “lives there.” So, that is why she is claiming tenant rights, even though I’m sure she isn’t on the lease. I hope Lowtax wasn’t that stupid, but I guess he decided it was a good idea to give her keys to SA as an admin, which she still has. I would think he would have removed that access. The fact that he hasn’t makes me suspicious that more information is still missing about this, and maybe Lowtax is sitting in jail or blitzed out of his mind because he knows he has fucked over his two ongoing family divorce/custody battles.

it would take awhile tbh. The call is from yesterday and may not be closed. We only got the first case report because lowtax leaked it (theres plausible deniability there, but very few other people had access, it was sealed)

The only original reason why I started looking at offsites (other than KF, I didn't really drop in here until he repeatedly urged people NOT to come here at the start of his current estrangement drama) that picked at SA administrative drama, was because of a pattern that established itself after the mangosteen drama. The pattern being, the only person allowed ever to make fun of Richard, was Richard himself. That's it. Nobody else.

Richard wants to call himself a pants-shitting loser, wants to call himself a 90 year old grandma (lol grandma, very web 1.0 lol) trapped in a younger man's flesh, why that is just thoroughly self-aware comedy and humility! "Paid" front-page writers want to indulge in it? Grudgingly allowed.

Forum poster wanted to take the piss? Wanted to just post a one-line mangosteen jab? Richard burns up like tar paper and bans. I started peeking at offsite drama-trackers at that point because I started deriving pleasure at seeing this hypocrite squirm and scuttle under the fridge like a roach when the lights come up in the kitchen at 2am. That his attendant admin staff were a cluster of fuck-ups that seemed to live for being apex grade school hall monitors in a popularity contest they were otherwise losing at, was also another source of unintended entertainment.

When Richyrich went on a massive, weird ban spree after what seemed like years of non-participation in the site and the forums, and then doxxers were putting up the court papers of the divorce filing he had with Megan, that I think was a blazing, defining moment illustrating just what kind of what a lazy, useless, manipulative shit he was. He vanishes from the forums until he either needs money or vulnerable, stupid pussy that is happy to indulge his foot fetish when the urge rises.

This dude is worth more in drama tracking for other sites at this point, than his very own.
