Would it not still be admissable though? I know the US can have stuff inadmissible, 'fruit of a poisoned tree' 'Miranda rights' and such. But I think that mostly protect against government bodies and servants, not your fellow man.

If it is, it might worth admitting to a lesser crime in order to get absolved for a greater. Plus there seems to exist exceptions for certain non-concensual recordings.

Doesn't matter in the end of course, as Lowtax is probably bluffing.

I'm not sure how the board full of people who like to sperg about sociopolitical history and how it relates to current happenin's don't know that historically, refugee floods are a wonderful thing for espionage because they can't be controlled. But here we are.
