So the cheap athliesure brand she partners with is totally okay because they've made some small effort toward inclusivity, and have hopped on the current BLM bandwagon by throwing a fundraising t-shirt into production. Virtue-signalling suckers buy the t-shirt, while Flabletics not only gets a PR boost, but also a write-off for donating the proceeds.

Seriously, any company selling special merch to raise money from its customers for the feel-good cause du jour is doing it for their own benefit first and foremost.

And while Flabletics is making a show of how much they love black people here in the US, they are anything but transparent when it comes to who makes their clothing, and under what conditions. The only thing they will say is that the factories where their garments are sewn are in Asia. That's it. Could be China, could be Bangladesh; could involve child or slave labor--consumers have no way of knowing. But that their clothes are as cheap as they are? Yeah, there's a reason they aren't more forthcoming about how the sausage (or, in Tess's case, the sausage casings) gets made.

Oh, she's seen the Project Harpoon images of herself before. She threw a mighty hissy fit about them, somewhere around 2014. They triggered the hell out of her, and that was nearly 200 pounds ago.

That was back durring reddit's fatpeoplehate days, right?

Man, I miss when that site was fun.

While I've no doubt she's seen those old images, I think her seeing her photoshopped slim self selling dieting aids on wish would bring a fresh batch of oinking.

Since she lives in cali, I guess we know her next photo location...the Queen Mary ocean liner.
Nah, it involves walking to reach the pier and walking to reach photogenic locations onboard the liner. Plus the ladderwells are too narrow for her to comfortably fit up them, and the slope of said ladderwells is far too steep.

If she /did/do any shots there, it'd be on the pier and nowhere else.

You'd think that if you're doing a T-shirt fundraiser, that hiring Tess to be a spokesmodel would be a bad idea, but hiring Tess for ANYTHING is a bad idea.

I don't think any photo of her is great but this photo is SUPER unflattering.

The black t-shirt makes her look small on the top and her chest looks smaller than it is. Contrast that with the humongous gut in the filled to bursting, straining at the seams bike shorts. The optical illusion is disturbing. I also wonder if it's photoshopped to slim her gut/thigh in the lower right in that dark area.

She would have done better with solid black or dark color bike shorts. But no one can tell these bopo women anything because, damn it they'll wear what they want, even if they look grotesque to general society.

Tess dresses like she’s a 5’4”, well proportioned, 21 year old, 120 pound influencer. This outfit would look fine on who I just described, but on a 300+ pound blob in her 30s, it just looks wrong. She hasn’t learned the lesson of dressing for the body you have rather than the body you want. Then again, most deathfats in this subforum dress as though they are way skinnier than they actually are (which is probably why so many of them look like they’re wearing sausage casing).

I'm in the camp that says leopard print lycra cycling shorts are a crime on just about anyone, but on Tess's figure, let alone paired with a dark, 2 sizes too small t-shirt, they are absolutely beyond the pale.

How she can stomach (haha) the sight of herself in that get-up is beyond me. I've rarely seen her wear anything that so egregiously emphasizes her gunt and makes her top half actually look tiny in comparison.

I doubt either Tess or Kelly Rowland who originally posted that crap know what voter suppression means at all.
I had a teacher once that complained about voter suppression in 2018. He had been doing research in a different country and had just come back to the United States (he’s an American citizen). Anyway, he said that his vote was being suppressed because he only got a ballot that included federal and not local issues. I was tempted to tell him that you had to live in the state of your choosing for a year before being able to vote in local elections.

Anyway, most people that I’ve heard that claim voter suppression don’t know what voter suppression is. Voter suppression includes things like being intimidated to vote for a certain candidate or having a voting machine rigged to only vote for a certain candidate.

Knowing Tess, she probably thinks that not being able to vote exactly when you want to is suppression. That mob outside that building looked chaotic. Also, as you said, polling places are probably trying to abide by COVID guidelines, so having it be a free for all would go against that. Tess has got to be one of the least informed cows on this site, yet her ego is so big that she thinks she’s some political expert. It would do Tess wonders to actually read important books regarding history, politics and philosophy (but she won’t do that, since doing so doesn’t give her the clout and adoration she wants).

Voter suppression is absolutely happening throughout the US via massive amounts of polling places being closed or having severely reduced hours in targeted areas. Claiming otherwise is very naive. However, Tess' picture proves nothing about voter suppression because it gives no context. You can't even tell if it's a polling location.

I never said it doesn’t happen, I was just saying that what Tess has described as voter suppression most likely isn’t (especially since she leaves out the context of the situation, which is suspect). Then again, Tess just parrots what other people say, so it’s not like it’s even her own original thought. Tess ultimately cares about how she looks to others, so her getting on the social justice bandwagon is an easy way to look like she’s making a difference while doing practically nothing.

For a second, I misread and thought you said "right in that stank area." lol

See, I honestly thought that picture was:
1. Polling place 5 minutes before opening.
2. Actual orderly line at polling place that under normal circumstances has a lower building capacity.
3. A store and not even a polling place at all.

Reasons why social media is an absolute cancer. It's rife with crap like this set up to play into confirmation biases. And Guntster bought right in.

I wish Tess would just cool it with this stuff. We all know it’s fake sincerity and she’s doing this maybe boost her ever dwindling career prospects.
Wow, any opportunity to hate on white people food, I swear! Can't make a point and just leave it, gotta dunk on whitey, lol.

Tess can’t cook for herself much either, so she shouldn’t be dissing other white people for their cooking. Also, deathfats in general are usually bad cooks if they do cook.
