Although I'm not based in Missouri, at least where I'm at your child support payments don't automatically get reduced when you lose income. You have to petition the court and BEG the judge to lower your payments. And they might just say, "Nah, find a way to get your income back; you can get a job." The exes would be invited along to these hearings as well and the judge may ask for their input.
If an order hasn't been put in yet for the youngest one then it could be based off of recent income, but they may want to go off of 2019. However, Ashli can also petition the court at any time to get child support payments raised, for the reason of her losing income or knowledge of him gaining it.
Also the fathers or non-custodial parent are usually the ones that have to pay for the kid's health insurance. They do not yet have a permanent custodial agreement so we'll see how all that goes in future court proceedings.
