Kavanaugh said he was going to start bringing them in to the supreme court then went radio silent. Me thinks he was going to pull a Kavanaugh and decide that the 2A only refers to muskets then someone in security informed him if he tried he'd have the shortest run as a supreme court justice. With the SCOTUS's current track record we should be thankful they haven't touched it.
