Not really surprised to be honest. Like I said, the name brand still carries a lot of weight, at least for now, so the game was guaranteed to sell very well.

SOG taking back his opinion right after dunkey bitched is pretty weak
It's ok if you changed your mind and liked it more than you expected, but alot of people who "changed their mind" go on and on about dunkey more than the game
I've been seeing quite a few YouTubers do this, it just comes off as trying to appease this manchild's hissyfit which encourages him to continue throwing his fanbase at people when he's mad since it's clearly working
Can't you just say changed your mind and liked it without gushing about dunkey?
SOG isnt as bad as others I've seen, but I haven't heard of dunkey in years and now suddenly everyone's making a video sucking his dick

Never forget going into this that this has happened before - many times over - and that Sony's handling of it basically assured they'd get at least passable sales. Returns can't happen on PSN (to the best of my knowledge), and nobody actually knew what horrors lurked below the surface except for the shitposters.

I bring this up because for all intents and purposes, this is the end. This is the franchise's TLJ moment. Its Mass Effect 3 moment. The franchise will not recover from this and while Sony made mad bank here, it's only because they had the power of the IP and that IP is now forevermore tainted. It's doing well now, but good luck ever tapping that well again.

This was, on every level, fundamentally a bait-and-switch on the part of Druckmann, and for every Youtuber jerking off to how awesome TLOU2 is, there will be dozens burned by the game who will not make their distaste known, but will never return to this franchise.

Considering that gyro is the most accurate form of targeting control scheme in a game, it makes one shotting shit easy.

Although you apparently need the camera and account fuckery to trick the system.

It's similar to how the Divinity Original Sin Second Controller exploit worked where you log in and out and it boosted your stats ungodly high but this time it leaves the gyro functions enabled in place of analog aiming.

Similar stuff happened with The Eye Toy and how it caused glitches for games if it was left plugged in long enough.

Did you actually watch the video? He didn't take back his opinion, he just said that he doesn't give a shit if Dunkey included a small clip of him in his review. The only really retarded thing about Pajeet Leaf's video was the "review bombing" bullshit because yeah, people who don't like the video are obviously sheeple and not entitled to their own opinions but Dunk man has opinions that should be respected.

Its pretty retarded that. In Last OF us 1, the doctor looked more shady than compared to 2nd game where he looks like a saint "though you can make the argument that this is the doctor in Last of Us 2"
