All professionals that have "treated" Chris have ignored his problems and claimed he was ok. Sadly mental health problems aren't taken seriously.

The big problem with that, at least recently, is that Chris is not forthcoming with his mental health issues. For one thing, he won't accept that he has mental health issues, but he does realize that a lot of the bullshit he goes on about would be viewed as "not good" by normies, so he hides it when he needs to. It would require someone who knows about Chris' issues informing a mental health specialist who is treating Chris so they could pressure him about those specific issues.

And then she apparently just gave up on him and let him talk about it, maybe she assumed it was just harmless imagination, because Chris didn't want to tell her about stuff that breaks escapism for him, like how people had manipulated him using his fantasy world.

I actually think that Chris has some underlying mental issues beyond just his Austim. I'm not talking Schizophrenia or anything like that, but there definitely something more there. Barb is either too far gone to see it, or just too old and tired to care, and Chris has no one else close to him to see it and pressure him to seek help. And Chris himself is just too childish and unintelligent to recognize he's got serious problems, and when left to deal with problems on his own he always ignores them and waits for someone else to fix them.

I blame the state of Virginia going blue and soft on people like Chris. A big part of the leftist stance on mental health issues is the belief that so long as they aren't running around swinging knives at people the mentally ill are not to blame for being spergs and chimping the way Chris has. And taking actions that would finally teach Chris the hard knocks lessons he needs like actually sending him to real jail or even just having him speak to professionals who will actually try to wrench the truth from him and get him to admit he has a problem. Are outdated ways of thinking and do more harm than any good.

So it's why we ended up with Chris yet again getting little more than a slap on the wrist and Essentially being fast passed through an adult daycare program that gave him roses and movie passes while saying how proud they are of him and what a good boy he is for not using drugs or trespassing again... Despite the fact that his weed party with the tts was a major violation of the therapeutic docket's rules.
