Let alone training, we are humans. Not to sound like a gay vo-tech advertisement, but these people do hold "heroic jobs" (clap for the NHS everybody) and because of it, mistakes are gonna be made. In high pressure or high risk jobs, mistakes are inevitable. Imagine being the EMS on one call where you have to make high pressure situations, then imagine doing that at least once a week if not once a day depending on the location (city vs suburb). Now you got the same exact shit for the police. I honestly feel like these people are usually over worshiped and i am more interested in gay sex then being a civil servant or listen to them jerk themselves off, but the idea that these people need to be perfect which is spurred over an overdose is beyond retarded.
